The setup is super easy and the team is always on hand to help, we had a lot of questions and they worked with us to find solutions quickly and effectivly! If you're looking for a great gift card app I would recommend Rise.ai.

The staff support during my migration process has been nothing less than spectacular. I've had four different reps step in when the one I was working with was out, and everyone was on top of my account and ready to help, even before I was a paying subscriber! Itay was the final rep who performed my migration from Square to Shopify, and he went over and above to help me understand the process, and what benefits we could expect from using Rise.ai Gift Cards and Loyalty Programs. Highly recommended! Honestly, their features are so rich that it's even more complex than my company needs at this time, but I feel we will grow into using all features offered, in tandem with our awesome new Shopify site. Shopify has come a long way with app integration, and it truly is like an all-in-one, seamless experience, without feeling like many moving parts.

Very happy with the app, it works as it should. The 5 stars are for the support team which is absolutely amazing! They always respond quickly to my questions, sometimes even within 5 minutes. The only thing I would love to see in the future are some more customization options when it comes to CSS styling inside the widgets.

I've used this app for gift cards and rewards - it's early days however the team have been quick to respond to any questions I've had.

2018/19: I started an automated campaign sending gift cards after purchase to people who spent over $100 and $50 and with-in a week I generated $1700 in revenue with $300 in gift card cost. That is pretty spectacular! ‍♀️ 2020: Update: I use this app for so many things, from give aways, first time buyers, subscriptions, etc and in less than a year it has generated over $42K. Noa and Roy are spectacular. The app has only gotten better since I started using it. App is super easy to use and set up. ‍♀️ Update again 11-17-21: Rise continues to be a valuable app on our store. We have been using it for years now and see it as a great marketing tool. The team at Rise feels like they are an extension of our team. We couldn't be happier. Not to drop names, but Pauline is wonderful. Helpful, caring, and really listens.

We use a lot of gift cards which works great with Rise.ai but the work flow feature is a game changer for us. And support is very responsive and helpful.

Great app, I love its features! I can modify the design of the gift cards without having to code. It has many options to choose from.

So far the service and functionality have been great! It defininitely takes a while to set up and customize but worth it if you're going to use it a lot.

Updating my review from 1-Star to 4-Star. While I still completely believe that Rise.AI's pricing model is completely out of sync with Small/Startup company sensibilities (and budgets), the app itself is amazing. To me, it makes more sense to reduce the barrier to entry (app fee) and enable more features and build more cost into the transaction volume. That way we grow, and succeed together until a base fee starts to make more sense. That said, it's easy to integrate, customize, and deploy without knowing code. I only launched the giftcard functionality but look forward to utilizing the other elements soon. I also want to acknowledge the Customer Service/Support team, specifically Itay, who engaged immediately to "save the sale". He was outstanding when it came down to listening to my concerns and actioning an amenable solution. Exactly the kind of thing I wish more companies did well.

Customer service, especially Itay and Pauline, was huge help! Overall, very satisfied with the experience.

We went from not having any gifting options to offering the best digital gift card purchasing experience for our customers in a matter of a month and a half. The app makes it easy for all our departments to consolidate worflows and processes. We were also able to address reporting issues that we didn't anticipate on being able to do prior to the Rise app. Dana, our account manager worked with us every step of the way ensuring that we were comfortable with our launch process and made sure to address all questions and hosted portal trainings for our different teams. She went above and beyond to make our holiday season at Vuori that much more impactful for our customers. To say we appreciate her is an understatement!
