Good app, we don't use it a lot anymore but when we were it was great.

Karen from referral candy was amazing. She answered all our questions about setting up referral candy (and we had a lot of questions!). Although not the lowest priced, the combination of features and great support won us over. Thank you Karen.

We at PopSockets have been very happy with this app. We often have customers who ask how they can get more involved in promoting PopSockets -- it's great to have a simple automated scheme for them to do that. For a product like ours with a low price point, ReferralCandy's pricing scheme works well. Pro tip: a drawback of ReferralCandy is that the personalized URL that a customer shares with their friends is not memorable, but one can set up a URL redirect in Shopify so that e.g. popsockets.com/sarah goes to Sarah's personalized referralcandy URL.

So far it's been great. Bryan was a customer service whiz. I caught an error in the system with email sharing and he sent a request right away to engineering who fixed the problem right away. As a bonus, he also helped us configure our referral campaign using best practices from other clients so we're anxious to see if it will lead to an uptick in referrals. So far we're very happy with the level of care provided by them and the functionality seems great.

The support is out of the world. The app seems to offer pretty much everything that we are looking for. Of course, like more of these apps, you derive value over a period of time. I am really looking forward to some good results. As a feature addition, the team could think of ways to A/B test different emails or graphics.

$149 a month if you want to use your own HTML templates for the emails that the app sends to customers. The standard 'free' templates are very basic with very few options. Discount code limitations mean that you can either have full automation or adequate fraud prevention, but not both. Very high fees for what is basically an automated email dispatch system.

We are using this app for our store and it's working great so far. It's really easy to install and runs in the background. Our customers and us are loving it. Thank you!

Does everything it says it offers. You can track referrals easily and it's all straight forward. There's no integration process unless you use a third party app like ReCharge. I had an issue integrating it but with some quick help I was able to set it up easily. Their customer service is great as well, they do anything they can to answer my question and if they don't have a specific answer they'll guide me to through it. Great app, great service!

I'm right now integrating this app with our store http://shop.elua.com . I can't yet report on results but the app is super easy to use and the live chat support has been awesome, above average for sure.

This app is great for rewarding customers who recommend your store to others. Typical affiliate programs work well in theory. But your average customer isn't going to have a popular website related to your market. ReferralCandy fills the need for users to easily direct traffic your site through their social accounts or email. Integration with Shopify is set-and-forget. We rarely sign into the dashboard, aside from checking performance, or to see the live feed of users who post our referral links on Twitter and Facebook.

Everything works as expected. It is a little confusing at first, but you will quickly get a handle on everything. I recommend Googling referral program tips before actually activating the app. This will allow you to set up everything less intrusively. In the end, I am very excited about the potential of this app and hope to report back in a few months. For now, I give ReferralCandy five stars since it functions as promised.

Great product. Seamless Shopify integration. Helpful support team. Support isn't immediate, but always got a response within a day, usually much shorter. The out of the box version isn't the prettiest, but pay a little extra and you can fully customize your pages. Well worth it.

We've been using Referral Candy on www.quadlockcase.com for several years now and it works brilliantly. There's never enough time in the day when running a young start-up so when something comes along which can solve a problem with the click of a button you have to go it a go. Referral Candy was exactly that solution for us. Not long after we launched our site we had more and more customers asking for a referral program. We looked at our options and referral candy appeared to be the easiest and simplest to install so we gave it a go. It really has been a set and forget system. Referral Candy takes care of all the emails, and payments with out us lifting a finger so we barely have to even think about. And it works! It's generated hundreds of sales which we may not have got otherwise. Highly recommend.

We have tried a few other referral apps, and in the end decided to stick with ReferralCandy, as it's the only one that let us flexibly customise the design at low cost, and also allows us to pay cash to customers who refer, which seems work the best for us. Also RC's customer service is quick and responsive!

In debating how to review this I realized that, I don't have a very comprehensive scope of the other referral apps. It's because I tried a few, REALLY didn't like how they worked, immediately uninstalled and eventually found referral candy. There are new ones out there, but I haven't bothered and I feel like that in itself is something. This app works wonders. It works brilliantly and it's super simple. If anything, it really under credits itself for how many sales it generates in the dashboard from my experience.

Easy to set up. Still trying to figure out how to limit referral discounts so that onky the referrer see it. Other than that the sysstem works well for referring.

Have been using this APP for a month and the traffic and sales have both increased because of it! Thanks ReferralCandy
