Lorraine has been super helpful and patient with my issues faced. She had followed up timely and effectively via emails and reminders.

We just migrated our Referral Candy program over to Shopify from another platform and Derek was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He literally made it seamless for us, and was always quick to reply if we had any questions along the way. Would definitely recommend! Update: We've been using RC for several years on auto-pilot but I wanted to make better use of it so I wrote in for help. Katherine was AMAZING! She went above and beyond, was quick to reply, and offered valuable solutions to help me with my next steps.

great customer experience, and if you set it up in your emails easy to get an ROI. Don't expect overnight results, but it builds over time. Great to work with JC (from the RC team), always there when i need him.

It took a little time to get up and running, but Jessa was super helpful in helping us work through some of the technical issues (we wanted to use it for Recharge, so it was a bit more of complex integration).

So far so good, I just signed up and needed a little clarity on a feature. Customer service was very quick in response and that's important to me.

Referral Candy is awesome. Customers can just start sharing, saving them the trouble of signing up. The after-sales service is also impeccable, Cris helped a lot.

Getting support with issues is a bit clunky as you have to email the team. But once they receive the message it works fine. Jon was very helpful and resolved my query on time.

Easy to install and use without any development/integration work. Referral Candy does everything it says on the tin. The support was quick to respond and willing to assist where necessary. I can highly recommend as referral provider with low to no barriers to entry and use.

Easy to install and set up, support was fantastic from Jessa too. We've not had any referral orders yet but we are just getting started.
