I recently added the app to my shopify store. I'm a bit technically challenged and the team really helped me. I have used the chat box several times setting up and they are super quick to respond and help me. Katherine in particular was fantastic and even did a backend check to offer some tips to help me improve my set up. I will be back for help with the Klaviyo integration and cannot wait to see the impact of this fantastic app.

Their customer service Ines is a very gentle and excellent good people, she helped me a lot, not only patiently reply to me but also very attentive to help me solve the problem, I really like her!

I'm behind the curve when it comes to technology but their chat staff helps me get answers quickly and guides me through questions. Katherine is solid as she helped me figure out my issues in minutes....painless.

JC was extremely helpful! Answered all my questions. The app is great I set the entire app up in under 30 minutes and tested it. All the questions I had were immediately answered via their live chat. I highly recommend + customer service is great. App is very clean and it seems like it is marketing-driven VS just an app that doesn't have much marketing drive. I think the developers of the app want you to have viral referral campaigns as it's a win-win compared to other affiliate apps which are not really prioritizing the success of the affiliate program. 5/5 stars
