Support was more interested in getting me to write a review than solving my issues. Sending the standard request about 4 times while I still had many questions. Now while I didn't leave a review for the 4 times mentioning I would like the app WORKING first, they don't seem to respond for days on end and skip over questions that are in an email, very annoying UPDATE: Issues solved

UX can be improved in terms of functionality and ease of allowing customers to edit things without a developer. However, both Cris and JC were wonderful in assisting with any help that was needed and any questions we had. Customer Support was great and responsive.

Has lots of great tools. Recent update allowing it to work with Subscriptions was really key for us, so I'm glad they've added it. Email templates are slick and look nice. And Innah in customer service was very patient and thorough in helping us work through the integration.

So far, I've had a great experience with Referral Candy. It was easy to set up and the platform has helped my customers to spread the word about our brand. These referrals have led to thousands of dollars in additional revenue at a minimal acquisition cost. Customer service has been helpful when needed. Jon was very quick to respond to a question I had and he actually followed up to ensure that everything was still find a few days after the fact! For the right business, Referral Candy can be a game changer.

Dowloaded the app to my shopify store and within minutes I had JC (one of the customer service reps) send me a message to see if I needed help with anything. I said no thanks however he asked if I wanted to go through the setup process now, which I was actually going to procrastinate and put off! Good application! Handy to be able to give cashback and not just a coupon. If there are any questions, customer service is quick and clear. We had questions about making the widget visible on one of our pages, and JC helped us a lot
