The customer service is wonderful. Tomas and their team member did a good job. This is why I choose paid service. This is no free lunch in this world. So if you want to install a refer app at your Shopify store, Referral Candy is your best choice.

This app is great and has helped us generate tons of sales. The customer service is excellent is well. I worked with one of their agents named Tippy who was extremely helpful and responsive.

I am happy with this app, it's very easy to use! Tippy has been incredibly helpful and is always happy to assist me when I have a query. He has helped me previously with a paypal issue and today he helped me through a skype call where I was able to learn and understand my campaign better and help a customer with her referral. This app has been great, we have implemented it a few months ago and are loving it so far. The support (from Tomas in particular) has been outstanding - we had some questions related to branding and styling and they were addressed extremely well by Tomas. it works! but it takes a little more than a month to pick up the momentum. it's not cheap at all! but it's cheaper than affiliates.

Decent app although I've only started using it - if you have more than one store then you'd have to download separate apps. Great support team too - big shout out to Tomas K. who gets issues done in no time - machine.

Just got help from Tippy to set up our first referral program and the service was great. He was efficient, helpful and proactive. Really happy with your customer support service and very satisfied with the attention provided by Tippy.

I was assisted by Tippy Destacamento with all of my questions and he was absolutely amazing. He took the time to hop on a Skype call with me to discuss my concerns and helped me solve each and every one of them. I am so thankful for his help, what amazing customer service.

I used this about a year ago and while it worked the default client-side UX wasn't great. Anyway - another year, and its a much better product. We've had plenty of referred sales and that's even with turning the email options off.

I love referralcandy's customer support they're all awesome especially Adam and John they rock! When you have a problem they will always give you solutions and they never give up until a certain concern is not yet fixed. 2/1/2018 - Karen assisted us for a reward issue. We found what seems to be the problem and now checking with our manager since its a custom reward related. Very accommodating and friendly vibe which is great :) 2/22/2018 - Tippy was cool! He always helped me look for things and he's so friendly.

Dealt with Tippy. Very friendsly, knowledgeable, and easy to reach when needed. We'll be using the app but for the time being, it seems to be fairly easy and simple.
