Referral Candy have be a huge help with setting up our referral programs when we launched in a new territory. Tippy personally went out of his way to ensure all my questions and queries were answered. I can't wait to start setting up new programs when we launch in other countries too.

I don't usually leave reviews but Lorraine was outstanding. She was competent and knew the answers to pretty much every question I threw at her. Very patient too. Amazing support.

I have only been using this app for 1 week, but have fully setup the campaign and am extremely pleased how user friendly it was while also incredibly robust. In addition, the customer service (Benz Jalali) was super quick and helpful. A+ to Benz!

Very user-friendly interface. Simple to set up and get going while still deep enough to provide customizable options. Lorraine was super helpful and helped me figure out a way to do what I needed. Highly recommend if considering and it fits your needs.

Jon was super helpful and very quick to respond! ReferralCandy is great for us, only thing missing is the possibility to customize the widget.

This app is really a good app, and when I have something need to help, Jon is there to chat with me. and the CEO sent me email when I start to use this app. when the CEO is busy, he let other colleagues to help me. and everything follow up. Our customer success manager Derek was amazing. We had been running a discount based reward campaign that we set up ourselves for a short time and we weren’t seeing great results do to the one-time purchase nature of our products. Derek reached out, offered his help, provided excellent suggestions and diligently walked us through the entire creation of a new cash based rewards campaign, answering tons of questions along the way. We look forward to seeing the result of these changes but either way Derek was great a great help!

Karen was super helpful in answering all my questions and provided screenshots for additional visuals. Can't recommend her enough!
