I have not been able to officially use this app yet (that is the reason for the three stars). I have only set it up from the back end. I have not seen it in action. I am still waiting to roll out my business model. Benz has been very helpful leading up to this opening. We are very lucky to have her as a resource/rep. **UPDATE** Im a few days from reopening my store. Benz had been great helping me set up my referral program. Very happy with all of the help that she gave me.

Great app, and the support is just awesome. I had some problems with the billings and Bryan called me to sort it out. Never saw anything like that in any other app (and I use a lot of apps). Other great super customer service I received form them: Tippy started helping me out to integrate the Referral candy with Recharge, almost there... After one day Benz helped me for another 5 hours and finally it's all running like I wanted it too. Finally also Karen helped me with some issues I was getting when the campaign start running. Was a hard work, and the team was great figuring out how to proper integrate with recharge. Thank you Referral candy team!

Karen went above and beyond to help us get up and running smoothly. Awesome! Very useful application too!

We selected Referral Candy for referral campaigns to empower customers to share our products and services with their network. Set up was effortless. After a few months of using it, we wanted to make changes to our program, which required us to contact Referral Candy for support. They have been extremely easy to work with and are responsive to our concerns. Would recommend this app to others.

I loved the app made a lot of money when I used influencers and customers . I had a few difficulties but they gave me support fast thank you

The setup of a referral campaign is relatively intuitive. However, I needed help to understand how I could format the text for the email, landing page etc. Derek in the chat support did a great job in assisting me with this! Thank you!

We're using referral candy to manage 2 separate referral programs (one for customers and one for influencers) and Derek in the support team was incredibly invested and helpful when we were setting up our second account. Truly loved working with him and the rest of the support team.

We're using Referral Candy to launch our latest referral program. Super simple set up and configuration. The only gotcha during our integration testing was that the fraud prevention was catching our self referred orders, but I guess that's a good thing :). Their support was super responsive and Karen helped me understand exactly what was going on and aided me in placing a successful test order.

we're just getting started, but evaluated a bunch of apps in terms of both price and bang for the buck and this one won out. oh, and Benz is a star! Cheers
