I'm in my 1st-day trial which is going well with the support of Derek, there is a lot to be discovered, The only issue I noticed it does not import customers right away from your store you need to add them manually if u don't use Mailchimp but what I liked is the instant support, as well as the content, is fully customized to you which is I couldn't find it in other apps. Of course, the 30-days trial is also what gets me into this app. I hope the result will be stunning so I continue using Candy but let's wait and see.

I needed some things done to my account and Karen was able to help me with everything. She also went above and beyond to help me improve some things to make my pages look better. She was very easy to work with.

Referral Candy has been a fantastic app.I have had it in use for 12 months now and the platform is very easy to use, plus it really has helped my business. I love seeing the large number of shares on Facebook from people in the program [I think it was 350 shares this month], and the converted sales. Word of mouth for my business helps enormously, and Referral Candy make it very easy. It's totally worth the investment in my eyes. Thanks to Karen for recently help make an adjustment to my program also : )

Great referral app with even better service! Tippy was able to help me navigate setting up an affiliate account, and getting onboarded with all of the basics (email / link copy, image assets, etc.). Derek was awesome in helping explain the app. We will most likely install but as we grow there are some limitations that will make it obsolete and cumbersome for us.
