It does the trick. Service was solid and the system itself was flexible enough to use in a variety of ways.

I just setup the Referral Candy app today. I struggled for the first couple days with it because of a change that they made to their templating that seems to reduce user drag and drop customization ability. I've been banging my head off the wall until a support employee named Derek came to the rescue. He installed an older template structure that made working in the system really easy. I accomplished more in the first 30 minutes after Derek's help, then in the prior 2 days. Looking forward to seeing the system in action. Really appreciate the help Derek!

Very easy to use system and the customer support has been fantastic and they have been able to cater for my needs. I like how easy it is to implement, both on to my store and to invite new people to the program. I have only been using this referral program for 2 weeks, invited no more than 100 email subscribers to join and I am already seeing regular new traffic because of this. Thanks team!

I started using ReferralCandy last week, making use of the 30-day trial period. It was easy and straightforward to get the program going, however, I still managed to make a stupid mistake when setting the reward parameters. I only noticed the mistake after sending out the invitation to join our referral program on ReferralCandy to many hundreds of our customers. Oups!! Super impressed with the customer service. I sent a question and within minutes Karen had an answer. She ended up working with me for over an hour! Answering all sorts of questions about colors and functions. She helped to customize the app to fit my need. Karen actually just made the changes for me! He answered all my questions about sending a Invite Link to old customers, customizing messaging on popups + emails for new customers... Seems like a straightforward tool!
