I have JUST installed the app, so I have yet to see results. So, I cannot offer a review on the app, however I would like to offer a review on Jon, who was the representative who assisted me. Jon was very friendly and accommodating, and answered my questions directly and clearly. As a matter of fact, I realized I had another question after we hung up, and I am hoping I can reach Jon again directly, since he was so helpful the first time. App works really well and very easy to set up. Jon gave us some help on the fraud protection side which was very reassuring and seems to work well to protect the seller.

Karen in customer service rocked it helping out with questions. New tot the app and looks like it will be a keeper.

Super impressed with the customer service. I sent a question and within minutes Karen had an answer. She ended up working with me for over an hour! Answering all sorts of questions about colors and functions. She helped to customize the app to fit my need. Karen actually just made the changes for me! Wow, I have never experienced such top notch help. I was debating whether to go with Referral Candy because of the price... You definitely get what you pay for!

I started using ReferralCandy last week, making use of the 30-day trial period. It was easy and straightforward to get the program going, however, I still managed to make a stupid mistake when setting the reward parameters. I only noticed the mistake after sending out the invitation to join our referral program on ReferralCandy to many hundreds of our customers. Oups!! He answered all my questions about sending a Invite Link to old customers, customizing messaging on popups + emails for new customers... Seems like a straightforward tool!

I'm in my 1st-day trial which is going well with the support of Derek, there is a lot to be discovered, The only issue I noticed it does not import customers right away from your store you need to add them manually if u don't use Mailchimp but what I liked is the instant support, as well as the content, is fully customized to you which is I couldn't find it in other apps. Of course, the 30-days trial is also what gets me into this app. I hope the result will be stunning so I continue using Candy but let's wait and see.

I haven't published my referral program yet, but I can say the user interface is easy to use. Also, Referral Candy has a great, very efficient, reactive and friendly user support! Thanks!

I needed some things done to my account and Karen was able to help me with everything. She also went above and beyond to help me improve some things to make my pages look better. She was very easy to work with.

Rating for customer service and support alone. I'm just starting to use the app so i can't really speak on results yet, but will update at a later time.

Very comfortable app. Most importantly, very USEFUL, FAST and EFFECTIVE customer support by Tom. Every time you have questions, just send them and he will respond back on time with full, instructional responses. :)

Great app, but more importantly EXCELLENT customer service. Derek has been helping me for months, helped migrate my store from WooCommerce to Shopify, and has been excellent all around!
