Excellent App - good way to get a referral campaign up an running in a short amount of time. I have a support call scheduled with the team to get further ideas to improve my campaign performance. Really useful and insightful call, that delivered some very valuable tips, that I will be trialling. Both Desmond and Derek were very helpful and knowledgable.

Currently the app isn't paying out referral bonuses to customers which makes the app useless. Customer service disabled ability to chat with them.

Jon did a great job answering all of our questions. Thank you very much for all of the assistance. We highly recommend the app.

DWIGHT was really helpful in answering my questions when our team needed the support. We are new in using Referral Candy, and we are already liking it!

Dwight was really helpful in getting me to learn about the software. It is much simpler than what I thought it would be. I am really looking forward to try this software out and hoping it will increase my sales!

Unfortunately, finally we didn't work with them because we need a very picky process. But Dwight and all the Referral team has done an amazing job. we really hope that they can develop soon the solution that we need so we can start working together.

Even though we are still checking this app out to see if everything works for us, the staff is very helpful. Karen helped me today to figure out how to integrate referral candy with Klaviyo.

This app helps us convert our customers into brand advocates in just a few simple steps! Beyond that though, their support team is amazing, knowledgeable, and quick to help! The system is easy to use, customer support is fast and very comfortable.However, there is one point to worry about. When canceling, all the created data will be erased, so I want a function to retain this. If the data disappears, translation work and text creation will be difficult again, so there is considerable resistance.

App is easy to use & configure, and back-office gave quick answers to my requests. Great help from Tom Koetz with very complete and crystal-clear answers !

Hands down the best app you can get for referrals. You name it and they have it. Cash, points, percentages, discounts. Had an issue and JON DOLOR addressed it immediately. Highly recommended.

This is by far the best referral management app for Shopify. Being able to pay referrers in cash rather than store credit has been huge for incentivizing referrals. Also, Derek is the man. He was very helpful and efficient in resolving an issue I had.

Even though the app isn't as intuitive as I hoped for, their customer support is on point, well educated, friendly and skilled to help and lead you through the process.

This app has been great and when I had a question, Derek from their customer service team was extremely responsive and helped me fix my issue. I have tried other referral programs in the past and ultimately switched because I couldn't get any help. The ReferralCandy team has been great to work with!

I haven't had a chance to use the effectiveness of the app as of yet, however Benz was fantastic and really spent the time with me to sort things out as i am not very tech savvy. Thank you for your great customer service and hopefully the app will work for me :)

Just started using the app, and so far very excited about it, but I can't speak too much to its use yet since we just started using it. I had a small issue the first day when setting it up, but Derek from the Referral Candy team was very helpful and attentive. Thanks, Derek! It's a great app for the price, if you're looking for a basic referral program. It's reasonably easy to set up, but with a flew glitches (like when you save edited text, the page always freezes so you have to refresh each time!). The service from Derek was great! Super friendly and responsive.
