Mardie at Referral Candy was extremely helpful and resolved my issue within 24 hours! Great support!

A bit limited in terms of functionality (can't automatically apply credits to a subscription, no single-use codes for friends, not much flexibility in terms of email campaign UI) but really great support team - we spoke with Tom who was super comprehensive in terms of providing answers. Will fulfil your basic needs for referrals.

It's definitely the go-to app when you want to use Referral Campaign. Karen from ReferralCandy is super helpful, she immediately gets on the call with me whenever I need help. Very easy to set up and go - everything under 5mins.

My existing customers keep on using the referral on themselves. Other than that, I have hope that this referral program will bring much more sales in the future. It says in their FAQ that customers will not be able to claim the code on themselves again because Referral Candy will check the information after they are in the database. The app is very easy to use and highly customizable. Thank you for helping me scale!

We're currently setting things up and are very excited to launch our referral program. We had many questions and we were able to work directly with one of RC's team members (Dwight S.). Dwight was VERY helpful and walked us through every detail that we needed clarification on. He also suggested some strategies that we will try out. This has been a great experience so far and we're excited to get this up and running!

Great app - very easy to set up and appears to work well. Very affordable compared to competitors. Customer service was excellent - Karen answered all my questions in a timely manner and even made suggestions to improve my setup that I wasn't aware of.

We have a very confusing install using both Shopify and WordPress. My customer service rep Jon helped me to make sure we had the right installation method for success. He also followed up multiple times to make sure we were satisfied!

Easy to use, the support is really kind and helpful. The only negative I found for now is that the support help is a little bit slow (but maybe it depends on the problem).

The customer service provided by Lorraine was world-class! I'm still amazed by the attentiveness that she provided while fixing the modification that I requested. Simply put, this is a rock star company who puts the customer first! Thank you Lorraine!

I've certainly had some frustrations with Referral Candy over the years, but I will say I think they are continuing to improve and have great customer service. Tomas helped me figure out a big issue with customizing my referral theme and was a huge help. I like that it's easy to get in touch with someone whenever I have a problem.

Setup really straightforward, lots of customisation options. Really great plug-n-play functionality although I would have liked to see Instagram Stories as a customer sharing option. Sent out invites to existing customers the same day of setup. Haven't had a referral sale through yet but customer service was on point too - thanks Karen!

Just getting started with Referral Candy and so far so good! Their customer support is fantastic. I worked with Karen today and she helped me get our custom theme up and running. Super excited to kick off our rewards program.
