This app is really powerful and has a tonne of new features since I first used it several years ago. Really streamlined and does exactly what we want with minimal input required from me. Very glad I installed it and I'm excited to grow our referral program! Also, by far the best customer service that I have received from any app team. Lorraine, Valerie and Jessa have been great, thanks for all the help!

Support is very reactive and reply in few minutes, Jon was helpful and kind, need to test more the app but looks promising

I want to give a big shoutout to Vino from Referralcandy. This weekend I was attempting to install the applications from my Shopify store. I received error after error as the system could not create my account. This morning, Vino took his time to find a solution to my problem, and I was up and running shortly afterward. Everything is now functional, the app is straightforward to set up, and Vino´s support was top-notch. Thank you for taking the time to respond to all my requests and providing valuable information about my initial experience using a referral application.

Haven't got a referral yet but the app seems to be working as it should. Adjusting our send dates to help with this. Customer support was great. talked to Vino and he was big help in setting things up properly.

This is probably the best referral app you can get, and the service is amazing too - Valerie is an absolute star! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a referral app!

The integration for this app is so smooth and the usage from the users as well as customers perspective are matching up with the expectations. The Account Manager is also very helpful.

I'm hoping to use this app primarily for influencer affiliates rather than for a referral program. It seems quite simple to set up for this purpose from what I have learned thus far. This integrations is great at creating referral campaigns for existing customers and being able to give an incentive to the referring party. We used this and it was good for UGC and influencer marketing.
