Since I started to use this app I am having difficulty using the app but thanks to Katherine, member of their support team. Thanks for clearing up all of my questions, quite useful app.

The tool is great although it is not as friendly if you have to set it up in another language that is not English and the process is a bit tedious. The support was great though, Jon helped me out with the issues I had and got me back on track. So shoutout to Jon. Looking forward to seeing what results I get from the app.

This app is excellent. Not to mention that their chat support is excellent. I was assisted by JC, the support was very quick and my request was done in no time.

JC is extremely helpful at trying to sort quite a complex account linking issue. Fingers crossed it gets solved soon but he's very responsive!

App support is too good but in app you need to give the more feature like where we want to show that pages and popup these kind of option if you give so it's more easy to integrate.

Referral Candy was recommended to me by a trusted friend who works for a multi-$million wine company that uses it with great success. I just started an account today, but so far I’m 5-star pleased with the customer support (live chat). Jessa was very prompt and helpful in advising us on our very particular, not-so-straightforward needs. As I begin to set things up, the platform is proving to be streamlined and intuitive. Happy with their resources as well: the "How It Works" video is very helpful. So far, so good! Looking forward to launching our first referral campaign.

We came across this app to drive sales and noticed we weren't getting results.
