The app needs some work but the support staff like Vincent, Rom, and many more are a real asset and work hard to make you feel supported and heard.

Ben was very helpful!! App works great, a little slow but most apps on shopify are. So its hard to fault for that.

Initial Shopify - OneSaas - QBO Synch Setting errors caused missing transactions in QBO. While I thought the process was going to be quite painful, Ben was knowledgeable, helpful and effective in resolving synching issues.
