Our company uses this app to sell our NA beer online. There have definitely been some bumps along the way getting it all worked out, but the support staff is awesome! Always able to fix our problems and very little wait time. Benielle helped me today and was able to address the issues, help me fix them, and get things back to normal quickly.

This app and it's developers/team really know what it's like being a small business owner. Oftentimes answers and customer service that actually solves your problem is hard to find. I used this program to import shopify sales data. When I had an issue Hazel helped me get it resolved quickly. She understood exactly what I needed and helped me get past data imported as well. And for a FREE service- you can't beat that. Thank you! Keep it up

I have an issue with tax rates that I haven't been able to sort out yet, hence the 4 stars, but the customer service is amazing. Today I got Paul and he worked with me relentlessly till all my questions were answered. Smart, efficient, and patient.

Vincent was very patient and answered all of my questions. He helped me sync my customers, products, and payments. He also explained how QBC works and what I can look forward to as my shop grows. The app works as expected and the customer service is quick.

I haven't used the app yet, as I am a new user, so this feedback is more about the setup process and Sherwin (who assisted me through live chat). Selections were confusing and fairly technical IMO, however, Sherwin was very patient and helpful, as he explained and supported me through each requirement step-by-step. Very helpful indeed. Perhaps fields can be better described for non-professional accountant users.

This app does the job. It Perfectly integrated with QBO. I had some initial set up issues and was dreading the process but their customer service rep, Dean was amazing. He cleared everything up for me and was even patient with me while I had to stop and wait on my customers. Very pleased.
