Was initially difficult to setup but with the support chat (which i didn't realize was available earlier) it was easybreezy. The CS rep Sherwin was so helpful and patient, guiding me through each step. And i got it configured correctly in the end. I would only say i wish they'd make the support chat more visible so users can get help right away!

David was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting our payment integration up and working! And it was all through the chat feature. WIN!

This review is specifically for Sherwin the customer service associated who helped me via chat. I could not believe how quickly and easily he resolved my problem. I had been trying to fix it forever and he was able to help be resolve the issue in under 5 minutes. Absolutely outstanding customer service. I will now be sure to use the chat function again when I need assistance knowing there are great people like him ready to help.

The chat support for is the best I have ever experienced. Today David helped with some syncing issues. Issues resolved without headache.

Ronnie helped me through some issues I was having with resolving some customer sales; he explained the situation very well and even caught a few issues that would have given me a headache down the road. He was able to fix some things remotely but also was willing to screenshot what he was doing in case I needed to make changes in the future! Greatly appreciated.

So far it's working very well and Paul from technical support has been a big help. I'm glad I'm not paying for the bold app anymore that was messing up my books.

We use this app to bring a portion of our transactions (filter out Amazon) into Quickbooks. It makes all the entries for sales as well as Shopify fees. Super handy. When I ran into a challenge, Ronnie was very helpful and we got it resolved in only a minute or so.

I am surprised by how well the app works with two stores. They have amazing support. Dean has been so helpful! The support I received has made all the difference.
