I was having trouble syncing my orders and Ronnie answered my chat request. He assisted in getting the orders synced and stayed on the chat while the process took place to make sure it was working.

I can't sing the praises enough of the support person I was aligned with to help us with our OneSaas integration. His name was Vincent and all I can say is he was amazing. He went above and beyond... and then beyond again... the call of service to assist with our very specific issues in the setup process. Courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, and super helpful at every point, he took the time with every question we proposed to get us the right answers in order to have a smooth integration. Honestly, he his work ethic is rare these days and he so needs to be applauded for it. QBO/OneSaas is so very lucky to have them on their team! I would rate the app at 3 for its confusing setup process and lack of clear cut guidance, but am giving it a 5 only because of Vincent's great support!

Just getting started with this app but I can say that, so far, it appears it has great potential in simplifying data entry in QuickBooks. We needed something to help sync customer, sales, and product info from Shopify and, fingers crossed, this will do the trick! LORI at customer support was helpful in getting us set up for our first sync and I am thrilled to see the sales automatically show up in Quickbooks to match with the income on our bank statements.

Best thing about this app is the customer Service. Rominick was very helpful and solved all my issues.

Look. I dont always leave reviews. Time-consuming and honestly I hate typing. But after a week of youtube, websites, trial and error with real bookkeepers and no success; I had to leave one for this app and Karol, specifically. They went far above and beyond my expectations. I run a print on demand Shopify store for our local small business. Shopify sends me payments but after they deduct fees. I have to create a sale receipt manually for every single order too, and I was having to make journal entries for every order if I wanted granular detail on a per order basis. Not ideal. I was hesitant to try this app thinking, why hadn't anyone on all the sites and videos I visited talked about this? It must not work but I will give it a go. While the guides were easy to digest, I didn't trust them or myself any longer so I requested support Chat. In comes Karol! Absolutely delivered on answering my questions. Patient, thorough, willing to explain things so I understood them better. Honestly, probably the best technical support I have ever had on the interwebs. If you are dropshipping or doing POD I highly recommend this app. Makes life so much easier. Karol, if you ever leave the company look me up! I want you to come run our customer support department in Vegas!
