Vincent was VERY helpful! Thank you. I am very hopeful about this app working to merge Shopify and Quickbooks Online.

I have questions of some transactions, Lori was of great help. She show me how it works and how to solve the problem.

Clarisse is amazing. Quick easy and concise. took 3 minutes and i was ready. she reviewed my settings. explained different situations, i made some changes and sync'd. Ronnie has well is amazing, but helped me tremendously. And quick too.

Horrible! If you use bundles-your inventory between Shopify and Quickbooks will NOT update. Spoke at length with the tech team and they state that they do not have this feature yet. Ridiculous. This is a multi-billion dollar company and they don't even write the software to support users with bundled goods with inventory that is sold via Shopify. Not even worth 1 star. Means have to continuously manually update inventory in QB for accurate info and tax reporting.

A little ocmplicated to understand the details of the set up, but guidance notes help. However, I had a sync issue and tried the online help. I was pleasantly surprised to be taken to a customer support agent immeidately, her name was Clarisse and within 10 minutes my propblem was solved and she waited to check that the sync worked, when I encountered another problem she fixed it straight away. Amazing service which I jsut wasn't expecting! Very happy!

The app was helpful and the service by Ronnie was great. He helped us a lot. He helped advise us which workflow to use and helped us sync back to Nov 2021!

This app is great once you get it set up correctly. Their support team is amazing though, and will help you quickly figure it out. They are knowledgable and extremely helpful. Vincent in particular was fantastic support today. Highly recommend.

I needed additional help and guidance with the vendor, even needing them to adjust their actual code for my problems, and Clarisse did it! She saved me hours of work!!!!! Awesome customer service and app!

Had a few issues getting this Quickbooks connection set up mostly with how things work, but Dean answered all my questions and helped me get squared away!

Sherwin was great with the support side of things. Sorted an issue I was having with the reporting of sales data in 2 minutes and did the work for me.

Sherwin was very Helpful and was direct in the solutions given. He was very efficient and makes the Process easier.

I literally went from hating the setup of this app to loving it all thanks to my rep Dean! He was such a game changer in setting up my configuration and syncing my shopify. I could NOT have done it without him. He was really patient and help me through each and every tedious step. I cant thank Dean enough. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Thanks Dean!
