Troy on the end of the chat window is flat out AWESOME! I was afraid to turn this on without some guidance, and he helped me from start to finish. Highly recommend his service!!

I ran into some sync errors but Clarisse was able to help me. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, and stayed with me until the issue was resolved. Thank you very much Clarisse!

I've been using the connector for about a year now, there are some setup and configuration settings that you need to get right, otherwise there can be issues later on. I'm going over all of the 2021 transactions and because I didn't have some settings correct I had a lot of sync issues. I use d the live chat feature within the connector and got plenty of help setting everything up correctly. In particular, I had help from Benielle, who walked me through each step in the setup process, helped me sync everything to QBO, and waited patiently until everything was working properly. I couldn't have asked for better support.

I use the payout mode for each of my 4 stores. I setup a new sales channel in quickbooks to match the shopify store where my payout was coming from, that way I can keep track of which shopify payout matches each entry in quickbooks. Highly recommend using their chat system, they can access your quickbooks and help with configuration in real time. Vincent helped me A LOT, I saved SO MUCH TIME!!

I just got off a chat with Rafael, he was helping me fix my problem with syncing from Shopify to QB Online. He was very easy to understand and he answered all my questions quickly. Great support!!!

Rominick was very quick and helpful with resolving my issues. Connector is great syncs everything perfectly.

I am still navigating how to use this app to work best for my needs. Sherwin from customer service was a huge help in explaining how the system works and helping me understand how to sync and what data can transfer between the two applications. It's not very intuitive on it's own, so I was super thankful for all of Sherwin's insights!

I haven't fully integrated the app just yet, but the customer service I received from Dean was so helpful and he answered all my questions. Thanks!

Lori is the best. Our account was not linking correctly to QBO. With minimal hassle and maximum benefit, she adjusted the settings know we are up and running better than ever! Thanks Lori, I appreciate the time and knowledge which will save our firm hours of effort!

I tried setting this up myself, but ran into a little difficulty. I opened chat with Sherwin and he fixed everything and had it working beautifully in just a few minutes. Great customer support.

I'm new to the app however so far it appears to be very efficient and is functioning as advertised. Recently I encountered an issue more related to my learning curve and was fortunate to have Clarissa's assistance in resolving the issue.

So far so good! It's doing exactly what it's supposed to. Rominick at customer service was so helpful with an error I had.

Seems fairly straight-forward to configure—even for a QuickBooks rookie! Ronnie provided quick support with a question that I had and got me all fixed up in less than 5 minutes!

Paul helped me sync some older transactions that I don't have to manually enter now. Quick and helpful service!!

Great service and onboarding, at first it was a little confusing to me, but their support was amazing on getting me set up with QBO and Shopify integration

App itself could be easier to use but their customer service is beyond exceptional and actually was what convinced me to stick with QBO instead of leaving for a different accounting software. Cheers to Paul and others who helped me through the set up process as well as fine tuning.
