Vincent made this issue a walk in the aprk! I have two stores, with slightly different issues, I had Vincent as my customer support. At first I was skeptical if any customer service would give you a solid solution but this is probably the first time someone actually understood my issue and solved it for both stores. Check my issue in the review before this. Thank you Vincent, you deserve reviews from both stores, especially since the issues were actually a somewhat different!

We were getting to the point where keying in all the sales was a bit much. We also just moved up to QBO - Plus with inventory tracking. There were some bumps in the road for sure, but one thing I could always count on was quick response time from the Quickbooks connector people (TROY was fantastic). Problems that I would have lost sleep over thinking about how to fix, were dealt with in about ten minutes.

Vincent helped me through the integration process. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me set up the integration exactly how I wanted and was able to import transactions from a year ago. Had some issues syncing initially its not quite simple for someone who doesn't know what they are doing. that being said after being on the chat with quickbooks people for hours, i finally got to Sherwin who helped me sync my Shopify to quickbooks without any issues! Very efficient and helpful!

I did have some issues with the integration because of some duplicate skus on the Shopify end - which I wasn't aware of until of until I made the connection. Customer services was quick to respond and very helpful - thank you Troy

With some help from Vincent at OneSeas Support, we got this connector running smoothly and to Accrual Standard so all my reports come out right and Customer history is viewable from either app. Excellent product and great support! Just don't assume the default settings are good enough, dig in and ask questions! :)

The customer service saved me. We had so many account errors because we didn't know how to map things. Customer support got us rolling quick! Vincent was my guy. He did awesome!
