I just subscribed to Quickbooks and decided to try this free app. I was having some issues syncing my orders. Vince from customer support was able to help me get the data I needed. He was extremely helpful. I loved how quick he was able to resolve my issue.

Love the app, but the customer support is what seals the deal! Ronnie has been amazing as well as others over a few setup issues we've had. All solved now thanks to them!

I used this app to help integrate QB Self-Employed. Ronnie was a big help and walked me step by step. I wish he were able to help on the QB integration once we synched (can't see the entries in QB and now need to contact QB to fix that end.)

I had some questions about integrating Shopify with QBO. Karol was able to quickly answer my questions and fix my problems. It is now integrating with QBO.

Setup was simple and Dean quickly helped me with my questions! I look forward to seeing how well it integrates with QBO

Sync didn't seem to be working, because there was a date hidden somewhere that didn't pull historical data. Sherwin helped explain it all, answer a bunch of questions I had, and fix everything up for me. Smooth sailing now!

I use this app to sync my store data to my quickbooks online, pretty easy to navigate, the support is very responsive and on time, problem resolved in minutes.

Pretty much the best app there is in this space. Not only was it intuitive but the online chat help blew me away with helpfulness and going above and beyond for a special circumstance. Karol from the QBO customer service was amazing! I am a newbie and needed some "hand holding" and she was right there to help me with my set up needs! Excellent job!

If I could give this app less than 1 star I would. I have never spent so many hours on Support Chat as I have with this app. Not only is 90% of their support team completely unhelpful they will use any excuse to not have the problem be their app. I highly recommend NOT using this app!

I installed this app yesterday and worked with support and they were great. Today I had a unique issue and timeline that I needed it resolved in and I connected with support again. This time Karol assisted me. Karol hands down is the best support rep I've ever encountered. My request was resolved promptly and accurately and not my QuickBooks work is complete. Karol is a lifesaver and the OneSaas product is amazing. Thank you Karol and Team!

Didn't sync sales receipts (which is the only thing I care about today) and synced products not using the name field and populating the income category with a cost of goods category. Complete waste of a whole work day.

The app works pretty well, but does have errors here and there. However, the best part is the customer service chat. Everyone who has helped me is quick and always resolves the issue. Most recently, I spoke with Dean. I can't say enough about the knowledge and professionalism of the customer support here.

The flexibility the app provides when setting it up is outstanding. Additionally, as I had some doubts on how to finalize some choices, I reached out to customer service and was more than pleased. Karol really made it as easy as possible to navigate the options as she was reactive, knowledgeable and personable.

Troy provided excellent customer support. He demonstrated repeatedly a deep technical understanding of complicated and specific issues and quickly identified and implemented solutions.
