Excellent customer service - Paul was very helpful in getting me set up. I was warned that importing historical data might be a challenge, but he was able to help me do so with no issues. I've just installed the app and am very happy thus far!

Dean, Troy and Sherwin help me configure the app. Now everything from Shopify synchronize automatically to my Quickbooks account. Really efficient!

Syncs well, simple to set up and seems accurate. Troy helped me out to fix an error i was having (new to QBO) and now it seems to work perfectly. No wait time either. Can't fault it, and its free now!

Super helpful app that takes the grind out of setting up invoices in quickbooks by importing the data direct from the orders in Shopify and processing the payment on them too... PAUL was a legend in helping me..super helpful in getting set up very friendly and took all the time I needed to get things right..... Very knowledgable and I'm super happy so far.....

Setting up this App was pretty easy and when I need some help with a few settings Paul was able to help me immediately through their chat box.

The OneSaas App is a lifesaver. What QuickBooks Online is not equipped to do on its own, OneSaas makes up for. Paul helped me through getting my orders to sync from Shopify to QuickBooks Online today. Paul was patient, thorough, and a great communicator, providing clear instructions. I had an issue with the Shopify fees not coming over to QBO. I started a chat with Karol and she literally took care of it in less than two minutes!! Excellent Service! Was dealing with Dreaded QuickBooks and tried out this App to sync Shopify. Had some questions and Karol picked up the chat... I must say.. Hugely Helpful and response time was instant. Additionally, she was super friendly and made key suggestions for my accountant. Karol made quick work of QuickBooks.

I was previously using quickbooks by bold to import my orders and inventory into QBO and then I came across OneSaas. This app allows more control of how orders are imported and their customer services is great. Karol was absolutely amazing! She walked me through the set up process and answered all of my questions. Definitely recommend this app.

I was worried that this app wasn't going to work for us until I reached out to support. Karol was extremely attentive and helped make my job so much easier! I am so grateful she took the time to assist me and was even happier to be reconnected with her after my computer timed out. A huge thank you to Karol!!

I needed help configuring this app to my QBO and Ronnie was immediately responsive and took care of the problem....He was clear, concise and helpful. I've found OneSaas to be responsive and easy to use. I also have used it to sync with Squarespace.
