Setting up can be confusing at first. Thank goodness the support operators are very patient. Thank you Ronnie for taking the time to work out misunderstandings and making things clear.

Look no further for any other Quickbooks Integration App THIS IS THE ONE! Fantastic customer support (Shoutout to my boy Dean for his work), easy integration, no headaches with manual inputs.

App is working fine. Only just installed but really easy even if you have no accounting experience. I can see why there are so many 5 * reviews here. Troy is wonderful. Knows what he is doing and does it professionally and fast. He is very patient and helped me a lot :)

As someone who gets glaszey eyed at flat-pack instructions, accounting and technical stuff, its never an enjoyable process setting up or trying to figure out accounting software, mapping it etc Well here comes Karol! THE best customer support I have ever had in my long 67 years! thank you so much, helpful, kind PATIENT lol Answered every question whilst helping me understand and guiding in such a way I didn't even notice I was dealing with the most boring stuff in my life lol Exceptional! all round has made my 10 hour days reduced to 20 mins with this software, I hope your boss understands what a diamond you are! Were trying to streamline our workload between Shopify & QBO Im not totally sure of the outcome so I needed help through the online chat. Karol helped me with some pretty difficult challenges (taxes across Canada), inventory and she was great. Very much appreciated on our end. Great service.

Support through chat is fast and efficient. Thank you Clarisse for getting me the answers i needed to fix my syncing problem.

All of my sales have come up as invoices though i have sales receipt clicked and it says they are all unpaid and overdue though they have all paid in shopify

Was a good app for integrations between MYOB and Shopify. Now with Intuits takeover of OneSaas and their decision to try and remove integration options with their opposition MYOB, they are dropping MYOB support in July. They are refusing to provide support or assistance with changing over to another platform. Frustrating!

It took some time but Troy fixed my integration problem and was very friendly! I appreciated not having to figure things out on my own.

Awesome team! Always available to help. Sync works great! Moreover One SaaS is free, so definitely worth the investment :)

Troy has been the biggest help and am very happy with how attentive he is! He is very knowledgeable.

Rafael was super helpful and quick at getting my issue sorted. Within 5 minutes he had resolved an issue that could have easily have cost me over 2 hours of extra work. Brilliant app and brilliant customer service!

I had no idea what I was doing in Quickbooks or with this app but Troy patiently walked me through providing helpful informative links as well as jumping in and configuring my app so I could import old transactions. He was courteous, patient, and knowledgable. Really impressed by this app and this team.

Converting from one web host to another is difficult enough! Fortunately, Rafael made syncing my new data to QBO seamless and kept my historical data untouched! This app has been a time lifesaver! The set up process is easy and, if you errors occur, the on-line chat team, specifically Dean, can easily and seamlessly help you fix the issues quickly.

I haven't used the app yet, but I inquired about getting some help with the integration of QB with Shopify and Rafael was really helpful with resources that will go over before mapping the two together. So far so good! Thank you, Rafael!
