Troy helped me out twice now and solved both problems in under 15 minutes on the chat system. One I thought was going to be very complicated but he ended up explaining everything very well and making it a breeze.

I needed to connect with OneSaas support on two occasions to get the sync process Shopify > QB right. The product works well without any issues once I set it up to my liking. I was in touch with two reps from OneSaas, Clarisse and Sherwin on two separate occasions. Their support was amazing; Fast in their response, knowledgable and provided the right advice. If there was anything left to be completed on my side after we disconnected from a chat they made sure to follow up with me via email to insure all is good and working correctly. Can highly recommend this product both for its quality and superb level of support.

Quick and easy to setup. Works great. Paul at customer support was professional, helpful and courteous.

We are just getting this app up and running and the customer support at 11pm was great. Ronnie helped me work through my problems and get me set up and heading in the right direction in no time. Was a relief that I could find someone so late at night, never know when you get the free time to work on all the little ins and outs needed to get it all sorted.

I am in a trial period for this product but so far I love this product. The customer service by Ronnie and others have been great. He was able to help me map my payments quickly.

It is frustrated to have issues to sync my sale receipts into QBO. However, the support team is so awsome and helped me get problem solved in no time. Troy offered great support to me and explain what happened behind the screen. Love this app

Syncing between Shopify and QuickBooks is no easy task. This app does it with ease. Marck was a great help in resolving some sync conflicts. I recommend this app to save yourself a lot of manual data entry.

Great app providing a level of flexibility that one could only wish for. Suits our business model perfectly. And for our particularly quirky set up Dean had all the answers. Great job by all.

So far this app is exactly what I needed! Karol has been so helpful with fixing a few issues with products duplicating in my inventory, but it was a simple fix! FYI, enter inventory into Shopify 1st and you won't have these issues! :) Thank you Karol for being so fast, patient, and kind!

Just downloaded and in the process of testing this app. Chatted with Marck and he helped me with a couple of things and gave me some links to help prepare us to get started.

I was unsure and didn't think any app would be able to export Shopify orders into my Quickbooks Online account, but this app made that possible with very low effort. I recently had to disconnect and connect the app to a new Quickbooks Online account and everything worked as expected. This app has saved me a lot of time and for the most part has a lot of features that provide flexibility on what orders you want to import automatically. Karol on the support team was very helpful as well and made my transition seamless.

I was struggling with integrating the sales transactions and fees and Marck was great to guide me through. He seemed well versed and got me on the way.

I use this app to send my sales and payment info from Shopify to Quickbooks Online. I was having problems syncing certain invoices and Troy was able to fix the issues in literally less than 3 minutes, as well as explain why I was having the problems. He invited me to contact them any time I run into a snag, and I felt totally taken care of. Thank you Troy!

I just installed this app to sync Shopify and Quickbooks Online for inventory and transactions. Had an issue with sales tax not syncing but Rafael at OneSaas was quick to resolve the issue. Thanks Rafael.
