Great app with lots of features and automations with great support like Vincent, he has been very helpful, with quick actions and solutions .

Super impressed with the App.......just installed Quickbooks and had a few issues getting things synced correctly. Jumped straight onto Live Chat and the support from Troy was outstanding......helped me achieve a great outcome. Couldn't ask for anything more at this stage.....

I was confused with how to configure the sync, but the tech support from Vincent using the chat function made it super easy. He even looked at what I had set up and helped me change some things to make sure everything will run smoothly.

I had a problem to linked my sells, they didn't appear in QB and they help me, everything is now working! Very good service!!

They are always super helpful. Sherwin was talking to was even making me laugh! He assured me... 'not to worry, I am here' and said 'Let me go ahead and do the magic '. He was extremely quick with finding a solution and waited until I was finished doing what I needed to on my end, which took about 20 minutes! Thank you! Highly recommend. I have used this app for a different platform before and it was great to keep track of everything in only one place. Now I have switched to Shopify and it works even better. Customer service is always available to help us which makes a lot easier.

This app will sync your sales and deposits from Shopify to Quickbooks very quickly. The set-up does not take that long and even if you make a few errors setting it up, the customer support is quick and excellent and will get it fixed for you. Shout out to Dean for his wonderful help!

The customer service I received from Ronnie was fantastic - I did not expect help right away, especially at 10pm! He helped resolve my synching issues, and did so quickly!

I needed help with the app synqing with quickbooks. Troy was very professional and easy to follow when he was relaying instructions. He made sure to answer all of my questions and followed through till i was comfortable fix my issue.

The app is amazing, easy to use and very efficient. Tghe customer was outstanding. I dealt with Sherwin at the chat live/help center. The best customer care I've never had, really! THANK YOU SHERWIN!!!

This app has excellent customer service. Rominick was very helpful and you can get a live person chatting with you in no time. The software is pretty user friendly especially for small business or e-commerce.

I had some issues with the new Sync between Shopify and QBO. Vincent was quick to help me resolve the issue. I have dealt with Vincent previously and I have always been happy with his support

We switched after have problems with other apps. The interface has been great but it would be helpful to have more detailed information for setting up. However, when I connected for help Sherwin was great at pinpointing the issue and making sure the fix was successful.

Very good bones, a few improvements needed to make the workflow really optimized. The customer service team is great, Troy helped me resolved a few issues and they seem very open to feedback about new ideas/features. That extra start could be easily earned with a little dev work on their end!
