Vincent was amazing! QuickBooks/OneSaas typically only syncs one month of transactions and I really wanted to go back to January 1st. Somehow he worked some magic and now I have all of my transactions in Quickbooks! He saved me hours and hours of manual entries and the headache of doing so, not to mention he was happy to do it! I can't thank him enough and I know come tax time it will make all the difference!

I was freaking out after noticing an order number issue with syncing and couldnt get the already failed items to sync no matter what i did. Troy told me exactly what settings to look at in shopify and QB, and then made sure everything went through on his end. I should have just gone to support instead of putzing around on google for an hour first!

I spent lots of time trying to figure out how my company was going to syncronize our e-commerce sales with our accounting system. This app is so useful for transferring data directly into quickbooks. Also, the customer support is very helpful. I worked with Clarisse and she went above and beyond to help solve my issue with transferring older data.

App has some quirks, but it's a really great thing the support is outstanding, quick, and knowledgeable to get you through them. Vincent is radically different (read: EFFECTIVE) from the typical Quickbooks Desktop + Online support I've had to deal with for decades, and saved my team literally hours of trying to figure out some duplicate customer/invoice sync issues. He not only solved the sync issues, but singlehandedly transformed my admittedly negative view of QB Support--enough for me to write a glowing review a 1:00 AM. Kudos to the OneSaas team, and hat's off to Vincent.

It's my first day to use it and we're all set up already. Vincent (Chat support) is awesome too and was very knowledgeable of the system!!! Makes everything so much easier to do.

Sherwin was very helpful in answering my question - he asked for screenshots and asked questions until he understood exactly my problem. Unfortunately there isn't a solution but he took the time to understand and help.

Dean helped me connect my Shopify to QBO, I am new to this and things can be a little confusing. Dean is being very helpful, friendly, and patient, he helped me with importing past sale data from Shopify. Very happy with the online chat service.

Troy helped me map my bank in QuickBooks to Shopify. I had some issues with matching bank feeds due to the fee carrying over separately. He was knowledgeable in QuickBooks and familiar with Balance Sheets and clearing accounts to point me in the right direction. Definitely some great tech support.
