Great customer service with fast and helpful response from Carol. I really recommend the app for QB users.

I was facing some issues with the integration date, I got quickly synced up with Paul. He firstly clarified my doubt and why I am unable to backdate sync. Then he was kind enough to go point by point with me over the entire integration process. He was very patient and helpful.

Benielle was fast to find me the answers that I needed! I am excited to get the integration up and running!

I would like to recognize Paul (OneSAAS). I needed help with the Sync of Shopify and QuickBooks. Paul spent the necessary time with me with all the patience, expertise, kindness and friendliness until all my issues were solved and my store was completely linked to QuickBooks. I can not translate into words the peace of mind and the value of Paul's work. He is an AMAZING asset to this Company. His professionalism and KNOWLEDGE and client service skills are top notch and I would appreciate if he would be recognized for it. 5 STARS. Thank you so much, Paul!!!!

So far so good with this app. If you encounter an issue with the synching, do not worry. Just contact the support and you'll be up and running in no time. I had Dean help me from their team and he made it easy and gave me information on how to setup the app perfectly.

Ronnie was great at troubleshooting my set-up and got it done very quickly. Just be weary of QBO not letting you export transaction fees from Shopify if you're on the Simple Start tier.

I have only used this app for a month so far but it works well and I like the customer service. Worked with Clarisse to solve a problem (due to my misunderstanding!) and it was fast and very helpful.

ronnie helped me soooo much and made my sync a breeze and informed and showed me with screenshots what i needed to do also such amazing service would recommend all to use and even if you think you know what your doing double check with the chat they are so resourceful

I had trouble with the automatic synchronization which could be a huge problem when people order online... It barely took a minute for Sherwin to answer me on the chat and they were amazing at finding the problem and taking care of it for me! Truly one of the best customer service I've dealt with!

I had a bit of trouble trying to integrate my shopify account to my QBO account and with the help of Rominick this was done within a few minutes. Thank you for your excellent service you are the best.

The App is great. I admit that I was drinking from a firehose when I got QuickBooks and the OneSAAS Connector, so, I initially didn't configure it optimally. Dean from support was incredibly patient and amazing to work with to get my connector set up correctly.

We switched to using QBO from Quickbooks desktop so we could manage our inventory better. We used the Shopify by OneSaas app to integrate our sales and inventory. I was a little confused so I reached out for help and Ronnie was super helpful.
