I use to love this app it was easier to navigate. Now it's so hard to even use our own design. If you can let us build element one by one I am more than happy to stay with you guys, but as is now I am looking for another App

I really like Privy and what it can do. I find it's interface and logic a lot easier than some other apps. However, with their pricing, I am now paying quite a bit...and I dont think is quite worth it. Not for my business anyway. AND it sucks on mobile... which is annoying as this is my side hussle and sometimes i need to just jump on my phone to action stuff and this makes it really hard. Would love to see improvements on mobile interface.

I agree with Cjartcanada everything about this popup software is confusing and difficult to get working, if I can't figure this out in another 60 minutes I will be terminating my account with Privy. How did they get away with this, its awful!

I don't find it very user friendly, with a confusing interface. Also making me to upgrade (and pay) basically because of my view count so will be uninstalling. I have gotten an insane amount of emails since installing and a phone call. I personally fine that aggressive and annoying. I know they are trying to help but I found it overwhelming and confusing. I get how it can be great for some but not my type of business I guess.

Love Privy and the support Ben and the team provide. Still in the early days of how we utilise the app but it has helped us capture so many email addresses and generate a great deal of revenue on our website with some basic popups. There are a tonne of amazing advanced features we are looking to add in 2021.

I have been using this app for 3 years for a single pop up. have about 5k a month page views, and now they have put a limit on pageviews and are charging $20 a month. Time to find a new app, nothing special that any email platform cant do.

Very helpful customer service, I dealt with Sam Rotner and he did a phenomenal job explaining all the perks of the privy. He has helped us out so much! very excited to start using this program in more depth. Everything is so customizable.

Although the interface is a bit cumbersome, the technical aspects work like they're supposed to. It's the design side that is a disaster. Whether it's pop ups or emails, the options are very limited and feel dated. So far the technical support response has been to tell me that the reason images I try to upload appear blurry is because f my computer's HD/Retina screen...

Seems good so far, relatively intuitive. Staff have been very helpful. I would suggest the developer give users a little more time before asking for a review, just so we have time to get familiar with everything Privy has to offer, and to start seeing results.

I hope there are no such immoral companies that start services secretly without asking for the consent of users and grow their businesses by receiving money. I hope that more companies will grow and these companies will be eliminated if they don't agree and make payments automatically.

I have found this app/automated marketing tools very helpful - and I'm still learning. I never imagined we could collect subscibers at the rate we are thanks to Privy. The YouTube training is extremely helpful too!

I want to use it, but i want to pay thru my shopify shop or thru paypal. but they dont have those option, only have the credit card option. it sucks. why my other apps didnot make me to use credit card only. so said cant use it

I'm just getting started so still learning how to utilise its full capability. So far, I'm very happy with the early results. I done a lot of research before signing up, Privy appears to be the leader in this category. Its easy to use and has lots of helpful guidance, their articles are excellent for ecommerce entrepreneurs seeking edges on their competitors.

Privy is a very intuitive app that caters to a wide range of users. You can use Privy to drive sales whether you have nominal experience with similar tools, or get as intricate as you like if you are advanced. The on-boarding portion allows time to ask questions to improve your performance and knowledge of the program. We are very happy with the increase in traffic by signing up for Privy and taking advantage of the many tools to reach old and new customers.

It said free plan available but I can only use 15 days trial. I though it was just about the Privy logo for free user.

So far so good! The results in a short amount of time have been promising and the one-on-one calls with Jen have been great. I really appreciate how friendly/flexible she has been when I've rescheduled demos and also how prompt and helpful the calls have been. Looking forward to continuing to get to know the app better.

really great app, would highly recommend! We use it for capturing leads and then privy helps to convert these into sales.

Daylight robbery, I signed up to pay $20 USD and on my last statement paid $70 USD. No invoice to indicated where the hell these extra charges came from. Do not use this service, in fact be careful about what's apps in general you use on Shopify, a lot of them are sketchy.

This is how Shopify apps should be. Amazing technical support, excellent resources for learning, and products that works great. Privy has been, by far, our most important marketing tool for our shop https://newplumage.com . It paid for itself many times over right off the bat and does so consistently every month. Just the email signup popup with discount alone is worth the money (nearly all of our customers use it and our list is growing rapidly.) But we're now exploring all the other types of campaigns available and can't wait to learn more. The masterclasses have been really helpful for getting up and running quickly. Been using it for 5 months now and still haven't come up with any complaints. Thanks guys!

Their free plan includes 5000 views per month, after a few weeks they paused my campaign saying I need to be on a paid plan because of my average users! Also, they keep bombarding you with junk mail, every day I receive some junk mail asking me to upgrade. Not worth it!

I have had an excellent experience so far. Having the guides to help me through setting up my abandoned carts emails and newsletter campaign were easy and took only a few days to get used to + the support always gets back to me within 12 - 18 hours. Highly recommended!

The app is great to use, easy to use, great for pop ups and to see how many people visit your site.

I like that traffic and sales, open and click rates are easy to track with Privy. There are some flaws and limitations in designing/setting up coupons but overall it's been a great addition. The abandoned card emails have recaptured some revenue for us and it's nice to see how that's working.
