Used Landing page and exit intent popup with good results. Pretty easy to use as well! Hoping to get the mobile view going better for landing page.

Privy has been absolutely instrumental in our ability to grow our brand, and our online sales. We implemented last year and have captured over 12k emails - more than we had collected in 6 years of running the online + physical store combined, and increased sales substantially by marketing to our list regularly. Use the A/B test features, and find what people like, that's the quickest way to build your list. Also, huge shoutout to Liam who is our assigned Privy success rep and helped us grow as much as we did!

Just started using this app today. I really like the features it offers such as adding pop-up windows for email marketing and discounts. However, when I customize my discounts, I cannot see my website while I am working on my desktop laptop. on the left-hand-side I should be able to see my website as I customize the features but unfortunately, I cannot see anything at all.

I am completely new to both ecommerce and Shopify, and I have found that this is a really easy app to use. It incorporates a lot of things that are important to ecommerce, like pop-ups, abandon cart emails and newsletters; and makes it so easy to set them all up, especially for someone like myself who has no idea when it comes to coding or marketing. There is a free plan you can use, which is affordable when you are starting out, and I think long term it will be very beneficial and helpful to my store. I would definitely recommend this app.

I was really hesitant to have any pop ups on my site. The Privy app is easy to use and I've seen a significant increase in sales and traffic. Support is fantastic. While the Builder is great, I wish there was an option to build your own announcement bars, rather than having to hack around the free shipping bar.

I only joined the free plan and did very basic setup (new to ecom so lot of low hanging fruit to focus on). I only setup the exit intent pop up with 209 signups and 58 orders. Have just upgraded, probably the best roi app after email marketing and definitely a low hanging must have app. Definitely setting time aside after Xmas to fully optimise and leverage the features of this app to capture more sales. Not that it's hard to setup, just too much going on. Highly recommend this app.

rubbish. burn out second time and installed again due to it's installation number. paid full amount. send email and receive no reply about how to get most out of it but nothing replied back.

I used this app to replace all of the multiple apps I was using to boost sales. This one app is able to do everything I need. I was able to remove the other apps which was slowing down my site. I give it a thumbs up!

Launched a site 1 month ago - not advertised fully - slapped with 35000 impressions. The manager will not accept their system at fault, I know best attitude. Will not agree Google Webmasters data either. Beyond disbelief.

You say free plan available, but after I finished customization you requested payment to proceed, and no free plan available.. Please be honest beforehand

Seems pretty good for now. Will have to see if it benefits my store once I've collected more emails. The email feature appears to be $10, but then they charge more each time you have more page views, which I think is a bit disappointing. Update: Re-activated this to my store, and they were expecting me to pay $250 per month!!..PER MONTH! A small business like mine and this is what they charge. Way too expensive.

It's awesome. Easy to use if you don't have web design experience. Can be a little confusing if you're trying to do something quickly as a new user, but once you understand what-does-what, it's easy.

The app stated that you were able to setup with a few easy clicks, Yes, it was that easy. We have taken advantage of Privy convert offering customers a discount for joining our community. After 10 days we have already seen positive results and sales growth.

Really working great for us and lots of good support to help us with things we don't know how to do.

Fantastic app. If you want to maximize your profits you are going to want to install Privy. Turn traffic into customers!

Privy has been amazing! I'm blown away at the many things that can be accomplished with this program. The possibilities are proving to be endless, and I know we have so many more things to try out! The true icing on the cake is the costumer services is PHENOMENAL, I don't think I have ever experienced better. Ideas, suggestions, support, and assistance are at my finger tips and that makes my Privy experience that much better. I am a huge privy fan!

I am using this app for my book website and I must say it is great. Although it is not a beginner's user interface, if you take some time then you will learn the ropes and get used to it. I think it is better than the others, ultimately. There seems to be more to offer.

Up to now I love this app. Well put together & relatively easy for a non techie like me to operate. Like everything there's a learning curve but the training videos work great for explaining everything.

We tried the app for a week and it works quite well. However, we had an issue with the dark mode on iPhone when we receive confirmation email (logo appears black on black). We contacted twice Privy CS but no reply so far.... We will give a try with the Privy Convert at 20 USD and see how it goes.

I love everything about Privy, the possibilities are endless with it! I also appreciate Simon (My personal Privy assistant) who has been such a blessing for me during these chaotic times! High recommend!
