Well worth the money! We use privy on our store for email marketing, abandoned cart recovery and the popup feature. We have seen a major conversion in customers since adding privy. Well worth the cost.

$75/mo even your monthly traffic went down less than that, still keep charging you $75/mo, we have been over charged about $1000 now, dishonesty company, not recommended. No response, only after I cancel it then reach out to us, enough said. Does not have good exit intent popup.

Super Cool! Exactly what I needed. Very user-friendly especially if you are not exactly the tech-savvy type.

Great customer service! i wish you could send campaign and sale alert texts like with sms bump also its a bit harder to create a creative email than it is in mailchimp. love the pop ups though!

I downloaded this app to drive new customers to my store and to actually checkout the first time they visit. I am already seeing results in less than one day. i will keep this app for sure!

This is a terrible app, designing an email is quite possibly the worst method of torture a human could endure.

After launching my Shopify store last year, I started using Privy's free plan and have successfully run campaigns (pop-ups and landing pages). If I didn't understand the tutorial, any questions I've had were quickly answered by their support team. I recently added the Email service for $13, which I believe is reasonable for my needs. I've created a winback, an abandoned cart, and a post-purchase email. Automation alone is a time-saver. I look forward to using Privy to create newsletters going forward too.

Hands down Privy is one of the best apps that I've worked with. I've successfully been able to streamline my marketing to my customers by using this app. Plus, my sales have grown so much more since using it. The pricing is reasonable especially for a small business. I highly recommend.

Lots of possibilities in terms of templates and promotions - pretty easy to customize and can be done by novice users. I did research quite a bit before settling on a promotion/exit-intent app - and chose Privy because was the best price for so many promotion options. The only noteworthy issue I've faced so far is when making too many customized changes, the editor can freeze or take long to load. To get around this, I just simply save and exit the editor after making multiple changes to a template and then re-open the editor and continue making any additional changes.

Great for popups so far with the exit-intent pop up. Great customer service. Have enjoyed this so far!

Great email capturing capabilities. We have been able to collect emails through their various popup designs.

so far so good im pretty new to everything so still trying to work everything out, but so far it is definitely an improvement

Still finding my way around and learning how to put everything together, but I love that there are so many options. And Customer Support, although no online chat available, has always been so quick to respond!

Great app and super helpful customer care! We've been using Privy for years and the functionality gets better and better. It's easy to use and I'd recommend it highly.

The popup appears intermittently. Tech support is unresponsive, leaving site in jeopardy. Uninstalling.

So far, so AMAZING! Privy is ridiculously easy to set up and use. Everything is completely customizable, and IT WORKS! I just launched my business less than a month ago, and I've gotten nearly a dozen sales just from Privy pop ups. Can't say enough how wonderful this app is. The cart saver and newsletter pop ups are extremely valuable, and I'm going to also use this to run my newsletters too. Without Privy, I highly doubt I would have the newsletter signups that I do. If you're on the fence, you shouldn't be. This app is the best one I've added to my store.

This app has helped considerably on campaigns, but I'm still weaving my way through it. Certainly one to use.
