I love this app! It's easy to use and easy to customize. I would love to see better options for abandon carts pop ups

Update: JUSTUNO was able to fix our issues and support was very helpful! We LOVE Justuno because it's free for starters and you can use transparent pop-up windows, which is fairly uncommon for free platforms! Very easy to set up and manage. I also love that it integrates with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and google analytics. www.voltlin.com <--- check our pop-up out!

HORRIBLE! I signed up for the professional service and it was far from it! There client service rep would miss meetings and come up with horrible designs that were subpar at best. I have requested a refund and canceled but they still charge my credit card month and month. $800 a month BE AWARE OF THIS SCAM!!

We downloaded your app yesterday and as soon as we did we started to experience a serious speed issue with our website. After some hours we decided to delete it because we thought that your app was causing it. We never had any speed problem with our store since we downloaded the app. The problem is that even though we have deleted your app, the speed problem is still there. We have been talking with shopify assistance and they told us that sometimes even if we have deleted the app, it can leave behind a code that may cause the website to slow down. We reached with the app asistance and they quickly washed their hands in order to now help us.... We are so dissatisfied with the app and the service!!!

I really like the app! Its been working really well for me, I'm surprised how many email captures you can get, and its nice that its integrated easily with google analytics. Customer support is really helpful and quick as well <3

I installed this app and tried to use it but found it very difficult to use. Their templates are hideous and custom designing them was very hard. It also wanted really small photos vs other pop up ad apps. I uninstalled it the same day and have continued to get their emails despite unsubscribing over and over. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Justuno is awesome! It has a LOT of options the allow you to do basically EVERYTHING you want. That said, it is kinda hard if you're not tech savy.

JustUno is simply the best popup app I've come across in 15+ years in business. The targeting rules are very powerful so you can segment your popup campaigns. Their support is top notch and the blog provides lots of case studies and valuable tips. I never looked back after switching to JustUno years ago. Highly recommended!

Set up of the pop-ups is not very intuitive, but their support is great. Will, Nestor, and Yuno made everything easier :) Their conversion analytics are very good.

Absolutely awful, had 2 pop ups (one desktop, one mobile) that I had set up that were enabled live that i thought were working for months and then I check the app and they are not I have missed out on hundreds of potential emails from store visitors by it not working as it should have.

A great company to do business with. We have been using them for about 3 years with great results. I would highly recommend
