Miranda Galindo has been absolutely amazing. She is kind, fun to work with, very insightful, and provides a lot of helpful suggestions that produce results. Our original CSM left the company and we, unfortunately, received a new CSM that wasn't very attentive. However, we requested a new CSM and were placed with Miranda - we couldn't be happier with the switch. We love the Justuno platform and learn something new that we can achieve almost every day through JU.

This is a really nice app for enhancing your customer engagement strategy and provides lots of optimization and performance opportunities. Miranda was extremely helpful and valuable in supporting us through the process.

I wanted to improve the overall popup experience and getting stronger upsell results. but it turned out on a slow onboarding experience, the editor UX is really primitive.

This pop up app is just ok. First, we had zero customer support available to fix our issue with Cyber Monday banners not showing up. There are a lot of odd UX issues such as the publish calendar displayed as Monday - Sunday rather than Sunday through Saturday, as we are accustomed to in the U.S. The simple usability issue caused me to schedule critical Black Friday and Cyber Monday banners on the wrong day! Also, I find it very odd to have to inject custom code to make the whole banner clickable. I feel like this is such a common feature to expect that requires 10 steps to get it going. Lastly, it should be assumed that we want to create a banner for all users including desktop, tablet and mobile, so these banners should be designed similar to any other WYSIWYG website builder and allow to toggle between different device views. For some reason, I have to duplicate (also located in a weird place under Settings) the banner and then make changes for another device screen size. It's way too labor intensive. Sounds like they don't do any kind of usability testing.

This app has completely changed the customer experience on our website. There is always something new to A/B test, implement and optimize within the Just Uno platform! Our Senior Customer Success Strategist, Miranda, has been such a pleasure to work with. She is super knowledgeable and has really helped us so much in building out the strategy + implementation of our campaigns. She is always on top of quickly responding and answering any questions we have. I definitely recommend this brand!

Justuno has been amazing. I work with Miranda and she's been the biggest help. She's troubleshooted issues with our theme and the pop-ups we implemented to make sure everything works as expected. Any bumps along the way have been worked out. They help test all of our pop-ups and go over stats to make recommendations for new pop-ups. It's been great to have them as almost an extension of our team.

JustUno is more than a pop up builder — it's a very sophisticated platform for personalizing customer experiences at important touchpoints. The rulesets can be extremely granular and we've utilized this tool to improve conversions for several initiatives. SJ, our rep, is extremely knowledgeable, curious and helpful. Working with her is a dream because she just "gets it". Together, we've been a/b testing, improving and implementing experiences across the board, and we have been really happy with the results! Highly recommend this tool to any marketer that wants to make informed decisions and deliver results.

Great product—even better support! We've seen incredible performance with exit popups and upsell offers.

It works fine and gets the job done but the pop ups looks pretty sloppy and the user interface isn't the easiest to use.

I've been working with Miranda on the JustUno Plus program and we have nearly doubled our lead capturing in just over a month. Our cart abandonment has decreased 50% and our engaged conversions increased roughly 15%. We're now looking to increase AOV and CAC. Highly recommend Miranda and Yuno, from the JustUno Plus team for better communication with your website traffic.

App doesnt show up in our store, we have emailed customer service 10 times. The only response we get is that we need to reinstall the app (which we have done already) and that the code is not showing up in our theme. We use a shopify theme and they tell us we need to fix our code? All other apps works in our store just fine

I use Just Uno Plus, the version of the app that comes with a dedicated account manager, which is the best way to be able to take advantage of everything the app can do, she has helped me add exit offers, sets up A/B Testing, popups and all different types of campaigns to help with targeting and increased sales. Customer engagement via onsite messaging was a challenge until i found JustUno. The tight Shopify and Klaviyo integration are huge bonuses when compared to lightweight "pop up" apps. One of the big concerns we have around other "pop up apps" is site speed slowing and where our data is going. No issues with site speed when using JustUno and the JustUno website and documentation is clear and transparent. With Just Uno you can also have targeted customer messaging in your checkout - which is a big plus for us. The JustUno rule engine is second to none, meaning, configuration of customer journey messaging and promotional campaign messaging is no longer a headache for us to manage. Setting up display triggers and rules is a drag and drop process - very easy and intuitive. The Team at JustUno and their support (Stephanie & Zach) are fantastic (thank you to both of you for helping us). App installation and JustUno campaign setup is easy to do as well. Creating and configuring mobile and desktop messaging is also easy to do given the extensive template library within Just Uno. If your looking for a single site messaging solution that works extremely well with your email marketing provider then look no further.
