I needed this app for automating the process of UPS Shipping labels. I installed a few apps to do this, just to find that they didn't support UPS or didn't work as stated. After installing this app Jon phoned me and guided me through the setup! I encountered a small issue with registering my UPS account and Jon worked on this in the background while I waited, sorted the issue and called me back. He then guided me through using the app and setting up all the packing parameters. I couldn't ask for a better service and I'm not sure one actually exists. We are building another store and will use this app again! Thanks Jon.

Not only does this app do what it says it will do and it does exactly what I needed on my website, but the customer service is outstanding. I needed a little help getting it set up like I want...sent an email requesting a call back and got the callback within a short time. The tech logged into my account and made everything right while we were on the phone. There is not much of that type customer service around these days.

Iam super impressed by the customer service. They help me all the way to set up apps and make some test orders with full instruction via zoom. App works amazing, the best option for PostNord. I have no issues and I feel super safe, when I can reach customer service so quick and they will help me to solve any problem. Thank you! Recommended strongly!

When the app works well it's simple and easy to use. However, it constantly has issues with displaying rates at checkout. It will randomly stop working and support takes forever to address the issue. This results in a ton of lost revenue for the period it isn't displayed. *UPDATED REVIEW* I'm changing this review to 1 star as they still have not fixed the same issues that plague this application. I've been contacted by a member of the team and was told the issues I'm experiencing have been fixed. Yet, here we are, months later experiencing the same issues.

I was having teething troubles working out how to use this app and prathysha called me seconds after I left a request in the help box and resolved all the issues I had. Amazing customer service!

I have been using this appt o calculate shipping charges. There are some very handy features like the automation rule which i was not aware of. Prathyusha, from the team, was very patient and helpful to help me set up the app. Thank you so much.

Elle a pris le contrôle de l'écran et finie par m'aider à remettre le tout en ordre. Très gentille et courtoise. Toujours, je ne comprends pas pourquoi le service s'est déconnecté de mon système deux fois en 1 mois.

This app is wonderful, solved all of our issues with shipping from different carriers and our custom configurations. But more than that the support team is stellar, so responsive, and was ready to help us every step of the way to get things set up and working properly. Thank you!

The App is quite convenient to integrate multiple carriers calculation into the cart. Most issues are due to the carriers' platform connection. Coach Anees gave me fast and effective support to figure out the issues. Make it simple without painful experience.
