This app helps me print out shipping labels much faster and more easily than I could otherwise do - a big time saver! The UX could use some work and I can't adjust things manually as easily as I would like (change number of packages for a particular order, for example) but it's still a game changer and very worthwhile. They were always responsive to issues, though I kept running into issues. I requested a video chat and that was the best and most efficient way to solve issues.

Great app! We originally found it because we have our own UPS account and use UPS SurePost to ship a lot. The Shopify platform doesn't support SurePost, but Multi Carrier Shipping Label does! The app works seamlessly with everything we have going on and the few issues that have come up and quickly been resolved after contacting support. Highly recommend this app!

We are migrating from WooCommerce to Shopify and love this App in WooCommerce and now love it in Shopify too. The App provides both front end customer shipping interface and the backend shipping administrative tool. We tried several other good Apps but they only handled the front end or the back end. Our shipping is somewhat complex, The App allowed us to input our product dimensions and customer box sizes and then shows the customer the optimum rates for the shipping methods we are offering (Ground, Next Day Air, etc). The App allowed us to set Signature Services by product. The App also allowed us to set up Shipping Zones by state (our product has to be permitted by state). PluginHives customer service has been exceptional. WooCommerce and Shopify take very different approaches to how they allow their Apps to work so I leaned heavily on PluginHive's customer service as we made the switch.

I originally installed the app because shopify defaults to one package size for all products and there is no way to turn off this feature or add other package sizes for other products so I was having to incur the cost for my larger objects which were being calculated by default to be shipped in smaller boxes. When I installed the multicarrier shipping app, Jon was patient and nice enough to guide me through the entire process and even took care of troubleshooting for me. The customer support is incredible and I recommend the app for anybody having the same shipping issues with default packaging through shopify. They really are a dedicated and productive team and I genuinely felt like they had the best interest for me and my business in mind.

We are using this app to display shipping rates in our store. I ran into some configuration troubles and Prathyusha G went above and beyond to make sure I got my questions answered. Great support and the app seems to be working well. Excited to finally offer real time shipping rates.

We liked the app at first, but then it started acting buggy. Their support attempted to help, but they couldn't sort it out quickly enough to solve the problem. Our customers were being charged the wrong shipping rate. Not good! So we had to dump the app and move on. The app was rendering a "flat rate $10 fee" without showing the correctly setup UPS or USPS rates. We have NEVER set up a $10 flat rate fee / so I have no idea where this app was getting that from. However, their support team did get back to us, and they genuinely wanted to make things right - so I will leave this a 4-star rating. Yet, at the end of the day we did go with a different shipping rate tool for our store.

The support team is fantastic! They quickly respond to requests and guided me through set up via screen share - much more helpful and efficient than communicating via email or chat. The app has all the functionalities we need to ensure shipping costs are based on package dimensions, product weight, and the weight of packaging, rather than product weight and dimensions only.

Once you’ve got carrier-calculated shipping turned on, this app becomes a great tool, as it’s actually able to add differently-sized boxes to different products. It also allows you to specify the carrier services visible to your customer at checkout. Finally, and this isn’t as common as you’d think, it actually updates the products as you update them in your Shopify store. Fast customer service, too! 5/5 so far

Good set of features and the support team are always there to help our business. Most importantly, the app allows you to charge a separate shipping fee for every item in the same order, very useful for small businesses.

Very well designed app with logical settings layout, customer support is excellent I was having difficulty adding my carrier FedEx - a quick chat with the online support and they linked it for my without an issue. Would highly reccomend.

I have worked with this company since last year when Hong Kong Post Office had the idea to integrate their postal rates within the Shopify platform but the development stalled due to Covid-19. The Multi Carrier team took the initiative to contact me to complete the HKPO integration. There were teething problems but the team persevered to resolve the issues and l am happy to report the App is now fully operational. Many thanks to Veena and her colleagues for successfully incorporating the HKPO shipping rates within the Multi Carrier courier selection as l can now offer international shipping rates out of Hong Kong on my Shopify platform. Great team, fast response time and very professional.

The team has been exceedingly helpful in making sure that the app works for you and solve any shipping problems you have. They have gone over and beyond the ordinary to demonstrate how to solve my particular shipping problems, even if that assistance my takeaway business from them. Helpful customer service, similar to shopify customer service. The app integrates with your shipping carrier account, and negotiated rates are also displayed. This app is essential for those who want to use real time calculated shipping rates on shopify. Contact shopify and enable carrier calculated shipping for free if you pay annually, or 20$/month. Then download Multi Carrier shipping app in shopify and configure the app.

Still on free trail. The app function is good, customer service is pretty quick and professional. But there is needs to improve: no any type of report can be exported, no way to export a summary for all orders shipped out by end of day.

The app is just what we were looking for for our store shipping needs, and the customer service is excellent. We had an issue the customer service representative was so very helpful and guided us until we had the issue solved. Thanks.
