I am very appreciated for the customer service, they respond quickly and always help to solve the problems, the app can bind my DHL account and calculate the correct shipping cost, and it is useful, for now, I have a suggestion to your app, when I release a new product, I have to open this app and import the products in the app so that the shipping cost of this new product can be calculated in the checkout page, I hope it can be imported automatically, then I don't have to import the new products every time. anyway, thanks for your team a lot!

UPDATE - No issues since! The occasional hiccup, but customer service is helpful and the problems are always fixed quickly. UPDATE - There was apparently an error in the system they they updated right away and seems to be working well now. Fast customer service and offered an extended trial for the loss of $. I will update my review again in a month as I do like the options of the app as well as the integration. Fingers crossed no more issues. I installed this app to streamline my shipping and take use of my negotiated rates with Canada Post. The day after my 14 day free trial was over the app advised it was charging one amount, when in reality my carrier account was being charged double! I wouldn't have caught this anytime soon except I needed to log into my Canada Post account for another reason. I'm thankful I did or I would have lost literally thousands of dollars in a month.

But after getting to know you these days, I would like to make the following comments to you in particular and hope to modify and upgrade your program to make it more powerful. --The adjustment suggestions for Shipping Lable are as follows 1. It is necessary to modify the name in ITEM in the APP. This is because the ITEM on the website is often used to promote website keywords, but when it is used for actual shipment, it is not recognized by the customs of some countries. 2. The unit price and total price of the product must be adjusted in the APP. The reason for this is very complicated, but trust me it is very necessary. If the price cannot be modified, your APP will not be able to be used. -- Regarding the total adjustment of the transportation of dangerous goods and ordinary goods. I noticed that your APP could define the nature of each product, including whether it is a dangerous product or chemical, etc. However, this information was not used as the basis for the final calculation of freight. We need a comprehensive algorithm that can calculate load because some transportation companies do not accept the transportation of dangerous goods. For example, when two products A and B appear in the customer's shopping cart simultaneously, A is a product with a battery, and B is a standard product. 1. When A and B belong to the same warehouse, we usually combine A and B into one package and ship it. Therefore, the package should be carried by a company that allows the transportation of dangerous goods. Thus, the APP should present to the customer a freight quotation that enables the transport of hazardous goods company. And calculate the freight based on the combined weight of A and B. 2. When A and B do not belong to the same warehouse, the App should give a comprehensive freight quotation based on the shipping addresses of A and B. The combination of A's freight and the freight of B can be presented to the customer. When shipping simultaneously, it can split an order for two or more shipments and finally print two or more shipping labels of different shipping companies. --The logical improvement of the comprehensive calculation ability of the freight of the same order issued by different products. From my point of view, there will be multiple calculation logic. I think users should be allowed to edit their differences based on their usage habits or differences in policies and laws of countries and regions. The best support ever! Anees was thoroughly enjoyable and knowledgeable. She made our setup easy and really fun! I've revised my review because since the initial setup I have experienced nothing but problems with the integration with Canada Post and inconsistent app functions. The box packaging was not accurate. The box size chosen by the app would have me trying to pack 4 items that measured 11"x3.5"x3.5" each into a box 18"x6"x6". One set of labels would generate packing slips and the next one wouldn't... also, Canada Post would not accept over half of the labels generated from the app. This past month was our busy time of year and these issues created 3 times the amount of work for me with regards to packaging and shipping.

I'm new at this and I'm still setting up my shop. So I might upgrade my review when I've had more of a chance to try it out. The customer service so far has been very quick and helpful. On the other hand, I was surprised that for my size business I would need to have a Stamps.com account to ship with USPS . . . so that's another $18/month. And that was upsetting—I wish I knew upfront. But after an hour or two of checking out my options and number crunching, I think it might be worthwhile to use this app with the free Shopify theme I chose as compared to the fees I have to pay on Etsy. And I DO feel that the ability to use dimensional shipping is essential for my business. How I feel about Shopify making you need an extra app for a normal essential function makes objectivity about rating this app a challenge! But some of the support people were particularly helpful so I feel encouraged about that. So we'll see how it goes.

So, this is going to be a long review, if you're just deciding if its worth it just read this: I've saved hundreds of dollars just because with this app I'm able to use the rates Canada Post gives to small businesses (which are way way better than what Shopify offers) Don't get fooled, Shopify's "discounted rates" are a ripoff (at least for Canada Post which is what I've used) So, buy this app, it will pay for itself even if you only send two packages per month! I bought this app because I fell in love with the Canada Post app these developers created for woocommerce. Without second thoughts I bought it. I should say that their Shopify app is not as perfect as the one for woocommerce, with the other app I never had issues. With this app it has so many things that needed to be adjusted.... like the labels printing in multiple pages, wrong rates displayed in the app, or multiple packages generated for a single order, I feel that I had to contact the support team so many times!!! That been said, the support team is great, they're willing to help you out and won't give up until you're satisfied, they've helped me through email, chat, and even zoom call! I'm just starting out and hope that now that I already went through all these issues I don't have to bother them again, but even if I have too, I know they'll be great. So if you're looking for an app that will save you hundreds of dollars, with awesome support, this is the one!!!!
