I use this app for my pop ups, emails and sms discounts. It was my first time setting my store up and I was to contact Pauline on the chat, she was nothing short of amazing and patient, she even went as far as screen recording steps to make it easier for me. I even had to walk away from the chat for a few and when I got back she was right there. Service is exceptional. :)

I was really struggling to make this work but that is probably due to my lack of technical ability however Kate one of the techies was really patient really clear in instructions as to how to fix my issues. We were on "chat" for about 5 hours so very very helpful.

I literally just downloaded this and had the best service and run through with Victoria and Sofia. They were both super patient and informative it made my experience such a breeze and i'm so excited to get started with this!

This is a great pop-up subscriber coupon and setting up a campaign was relatively easy for a new online merchant. Tech Support was on hand via chat and resolved any issues I wasn't able to accomplish on my own. I highly recommend.

User friendly - aka i'm not tech savy! Also the customer service is the BEST, i asked so many questions and Pauline was able to answer all of them simple and she also showed me video guides, as a visual learner i really do appreciate this! Recommend!

Sales Pop Ups & Email Pop Ups by Proof Factor is essential in our online business. We have experienced an extremely high engagement rate and a healthy conversion percentage. We currently utilize the App on both our South African online store as well as our UK based online store. This should be part of an essential app list for shopify users. The Customer support is phenomenal and almost instantaneous. I'm really impressed.

I'm only using the free version for the Sales Popup campaigns but all is working as intended and it has also helped to convert visits to sales. I did however run into an issue where it stopped working, but a few minutes with their support team had it back up and running again.

Great editing tools and excellent customer service. I was able to customize my popup with the help of the live chat in no time.
