Great app and amazing customer service. Live chat is super convenient ! it offers great campaigns for popups and it automatically transfers all your subscribers to Shopify customers tab. I love it !

I love this app! I think it's very user-friendly. I was using the free option for about 6 months and just recently switched over to the paid version and love all the new features I can explore. The customer service is also incredible. I had an issue with the sales pop feature and contacted support through live chat and Angelina solved my issue right away! Thank you so much :D

I have used the free coupon and email subscription to newsletter pop up. I’ve edited both and added my own picture, change the words and it’s really easy to change the sizing and color of the text. I even uploaded my logo to go on the tab or circle pop up. I needed to get emails so I to offer a pdf download which I saved on my SHOPIFY site in SETTINGS/FILES then I sent it to my email. This pop up works beautifully to get the potential customers attention and get them to give me their email address.

It is a friendly user app, and I like to work with that. But the most important for me is that they are ready to help almost right away. When I had some questions , Angelina replied me in a fast manner with a screen shots and advise. Also, I like the fact that I do not have to have another app like a mailchimp ( not now , at least ) for sending autorespond emails after customers sign up, for example.

The customer help function was great, Anna was extremely helpful and provided us with some great suggestions. Highly recommended!

I was having problems with plug ins on my site and they were there to help and responded in less than 5 minutes. The problem ended up being from another app but they were very helpful and efficient. They also helped me notice that I had put the trigger button over my "contact us" button, which was nice of them.

Really user friendly app, I was set up for my first campaign in 10 minutes and was given fantastic instant customer support from Ann when I had a query. The signs are very good!
