The chat support is very friendly, great, the interface is very intuitive, you can modify colors, images, letters, pop-ups, social Proof, I can only say that it is wonderful and I was looking for an application like that, highly highly recommended.

Love this app! I did a lot of research prior to picking which app to choose for social proof and narrowed it down to Proof Factor, and a couple of others. One of the other ones was too expensive per month, so I decided to go with this one. It's great! It was super easy to install and when I had questions, I reached out on their chat feature. Pauline helped me and she was SO nice!! She responded super quickly, was knowledgable, helpful, friendly, and she even followed up with me to congratulate the launch of my store! Their social proof is great and their customer service is top-notch. Their website also shows a lot of analytics which is great on top of using other analytics tools. I normally don't write reviews for apps but felt compelled to share my experience with others :) good luck everyone!

Having scoured the many pop up apps this is by far the best. Super professional pop ups that also work brilliantly in mobile. As a very small business I don't get enough viewers to pay for a pop up app yet, the free features on this are brilliant though and will look forward to getting the paid features when I have more viewers for my website. In addition the help team are super friendly and were able to easily help me customize my pop ups.

The most important point for me would be prompt live customer service. As a new business owner I don't have time to spend hours figuring out or wait for the e mail reply. So far loving it!

We replaced a version of a spin the wheel pop up with the Proof Factor Fortune Wheel. I love the customisation varieties and can really make an impact when it pops up for our customers. I contacted the help team as we had visibility issues with the wheel showing up on small mobile devices and Pauline helped me out with editing the code for us so that the wheel appears higher up on the screen so it is visible. She also suggested a different pop up, other than the wheel, that would be even more suited to viewing on mobile which we hope to try too. Great support and a great visual pop up!

I use this app for coupon pop ups and other things for my Shopify website. I am NOT a web designer and I had absolutely no experience with this type of stuff prior to now, so I was feeling resolved to accept having just a basic DIY looking website for my business. I happened to reach out to Proof Factor support using their chat icon and the techs there made it so easy for me to fix things on my site that I just thought I'd never be able to get fixed. They were so helpful, sent the files I needed right through the chat, and stayed with me to the end to make sure it all worked out OK. 100% worth it just for their level of customer support.

This application is perfect to create the suscribers newsletter disccount. It is possible to apply time to use the coupon.
