I am amazed hat how competent and quickly this was achieved...and for free!! Can I tip this lady!? 110% recommended!

I tried a few different apps in the context of email marketing and popups and to be honest haven't explored yet all the options One offers, but so far I have only praise for them. The app functionalities are what I was looking for and even though initially the in-app management can be a little daunting and complex so you don't find everything immediatly, their help team was always there to help with both words, images showing me were is what and videos of where you have to go, what you need to do to solve your problem. Keep up the good work!

If I could select 100 stars.. I WOULD! Customer service A1 ! Makes us feel like we are VIP! Even offered extra help for website esthetic (not related to this app). Now my website widget and pop-up look perfect! Definitely recommend this app to any online business owner!

Great app...I see what the 5⭐s are about...not to mention, the CS is SUPER HELPFUL and uber responsive! They even have the option to request more theme designs which I will be doing. Perfect!

I just started using this app today. The instructions were pretty straight forward, as I finished adding the popup, a customer service rep came online and reviewed what I had done. She offered valuable advice so I could utilize best practices. I really appreciate having a second set of eyes to make sure I had crossed all the t's and dotted all the i's.

I use this app for a few different reasons, particularly their social proof. I am also trying to use their upsell product. I think they have some good products and I hope they continue to add and improve what they got because I like what they have! Also, their customer support is also good. I talked to Rosy and she was really helpful.

I used this app for Pop-up email sign up and promotion. So far so good. It's more powerful than I expected, will check it carefully for more marketing tools. The customer service is very responsive.

I've had NOTHING but amazing experiences with this app. It's super user friendly, but when I did need help I used the chat function and got instant help from Reesa who was helpful and knowledgable.

Really Helped me with setting up a pop-up window for my shop, found it relatively simple to setup and when I had some problems with customizing the design to fit my shop, Kate from the ONE team was super nice, responsive and helpful. I am currently only using the reward-popup feature but will definitely explore the other (many) options in the app. After about two weeks of use - highly recommended :)
