Best customer service I've experienced in the space. They are helpful from the START and don't upsell. They helped me with hands-on edits and tips and created campaigns for me in real-time while I chatted with them. 10/10

This is really good one. And you will be surprise about their customer service. You will not get such a service even on a paid app.

Words are not enough to express how impressed we are with their customer service. After activating our first campaign, they immediately messaged us through their in-app chat support and offered to 'proof' our campaign. As it's our first time, we were really grateful that they are able to spot the errors in our campaign. They also suggest some improvements without upselling you of any of their other tools - or availing some features! Will definitely recommend this tool!! ALSO PS - We asked our graphic designer to design the prize wheel inside the app and our designer had fun doing it! He also finds it really easy to navigate!

Samantha was amazing. She recommended awesome tips and helped me set up one of the features that I missed. 5 out of 5 for her customer service.

Naomi was a great help, very friendly, encouraging, not pushy, but polite and knowledgeable! Helped me as I needed and did not rush me at all. Easy setup so far, but if you need help they are right there to assist! I only started with basic welcome email pop up and cart abandonment email.

This is an amazing app and the team and customer service is beyond anything I have received with a shopify app. Jessica completely custom made my pop-up exactly as I had designed it in illustrator. I was sooo impressed. Nothing was a hassle. So happy I found them

I've tried so many "easy to use - increase your sales" apps but many don't live up to the hype. The minute I requested help in the chat, a customer service agent helped, provided best practice suggestions and even implemented them for me. It was so stressLESS! They have really figured out how to attend to their customers needs, especially ones who are beginners at automated marketing.

Interface is very easy to use, and navigating the vast amount of tools available is manageable through instruction from the support team which answers quickly and provides valuable insight on how to improve your store. Rosy on live chat was especially helpful.
