This is by far the best Shopify app I've ever downloaded. It's a multiple apps in one. I had a call with Stephanie who was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. She walked walked me through the app and helped me publish my opt-in campaign, as well as create an upsell for one of my products. I am also in the process of using some of the app's other features such as email automations and email newsletters. I would wholeheartedly recommend this app.

The pop-up app works great! Also, we are really fascinating as a team from their customer support. They always answer fast, solve any issue on their own, they don't refer us to blogs or videos to do it by ourselves like others and they customized each service even if they did not have to. We have only the free plan yet.

The customer service was great, no wait time and fast responses. They were able to help me with all of my issues and provide me help of actually fixing it on there end so i did not have to do much. Truly kind and welcoming staff.

Love all the features this app has and looking forward to what they are currently planning to add. So far their customer service has been very helpful. The only thing I would recommend for them is more template options, which they do let you request.

Just starting using this app and so far so good. Although I wasn't able to create a pop-up in the way I initially wanted the support team were amazing and were able to help me find a work around. I am using Recovery cart e-mails and newsletter, migrating from another e-mail app. I havnt had a chance to see and test the SMS service yet. But right now what I can see on the e-mails / newsletter this is much better app and the support is very helpful.

So far, this app has made a good impression on me after I had very helpful support from Trish. She understood what I needed from a merchant point of view and was quick to grasp the problem. Excellent service!
