I used this app to generate and implement a pop-up for an email list. What an amazing experience working with Maya from support! Using the app and loving it so far! Customer service quick to help and really friendly, had a problem regarding the subscribers limit and that got sorted quickly.

So I uninstalled this app and then someone wrote me to ask why and if I needed help. I ended up reinstalling and so happy I did. Great app! Can't wait to see the results!

A little confusing to navigate but they have amazing, friendly and responsive customer support. I was shocked lol...live chat is amazing (and i HATE live chats) and although the chat took longer than a call would, it was so helpful and i also get to keep all screen recordings to refer back to instead of calling back if it were a call. She wasn’t in a rush, there was no time limit. I usually would get frustrated and just delete the app and look for something easier but the customer support i CANNOT say enough about. I'm keeping the app ....That type of customer support is worth having at any time.

Great app! We work in the email publishing space with our other business and I can say that the deliverability and user friendliness of the ONE app has been top notch. Creating follow up sequences is easy and they work great. We love the use of the discount pop up as users enter the store. This app has definitely helped increase our store's revenue. Over the past couple of days I have been thinking on how else can I make my Shopify Store stand out more, so I thought, what if I create a popup that would advertise about something that was totally different than any of the products that I was selling in my store. So I started searching on Shopify for an app that could create popups while the visitor was looking around on my site. I found this app called OneStore. I decided to contact chat support regarding how I could best use the app on my Shopify store and then I was fortunate enough to chat with a tech support person named Rissa. Not only did Rissa assist me with a solution, she actually created a popup that was perfect! I did't expect for her to create the popup but she also sent me a mini-tutorial on how to create a popup for future use. So if anyone needs an app where they can create a popup, OneStore is where they should go. This app also has quite a few additional features that I think you would be very happy with useful. This app's customer support team go above and beyond to ensure you get your desired outcome. I am very impressed by their customer service and the app is great! We had a niche requirement that required custom coding and the team was more than happy to help us do this.

The app seems to work well, although I haven't used it for a long period of time. What I will say is the customer service is among the best I have experienced in any industry. They respond super quick and work through customizations needed for your site. On that premise alone I would give them five stars. Very impressed.

Just a mere hour into using their platform, even my silliest of questions were answered when being helped by a live chat agent named Naomi. Not only is their platform amazingly simple to understand and use but when you confuse yourself like I, Naomi was there each time to quickly answer everything from confirming loading errors are only on my end, to helping me recover customer acquisition campaigns I started. They did not even mind when I reached out where I could find the spin the wheel campaign in my menus only for to write back that it was in the pop up menus. Not to mention upsell generously gives you a toll-free number for SMS marketing that is cost free for us users. There is a good reason why this app is rated 5 stars by almost 2,000 business owners. If you have been stressed, worried, and looking for something to make your website look better before and after the customer leaves. I am just scratching the surface but I just had to get the word out about how great, all in all this app is UI wise and customer service wise thanks to support agents like Naomi. This is the app you need to download.

Faszinierende App. Ursprünglich habe ich nur nach einer App für Newsletter Pop Ups gesucht, diese App bietet aber viel viel mehr. Neben normalen Newsletter Pop Ups, gibt es Newsletter Pop Ups mit Glücksrad, Newsletter Pop Ups mit Rabattcode, Pop Ups wenn jemand gerade ein anderes Produkt gekauft hat, Up-und Cross Sell Nachrichten und vieles mehr. Zusätzlich zu diesem beeindruckenden Funktionsumfang kommt dann ein noch beeindruckenderes Service. Egal zu welcher Uhrzeit, man bekommt immer schnelle Hilfe. Bisher ist das gesamte Service sogar kostenlos. Ich gehe davon aus, dass dies nicht so bleibt und bin auf die Preisgestaltung in Zukunft gespannt.
