Okendo cannot be manually translated into a custom language. Very strange that in the basic languages Okendo has a Russian translation, this during the war with Ukraine and when sanctions are imposed on Russia. Shame on you

Okendo has provided a really smooth onboarding experience, with an incredible customer support. Quick to answer and lightening fast with tailored fixes for our needs. Had the pleasure of talking with Josh, and he has helped us tremendously with our solution. The display widget looks stunningly, clean and creates and instant feeling of trust. Best looking display of all the product reviews I have come across! A future request would be better pricing on the Google Seller and Google product ratings. Klaviyo Review includes Google Product Ratings for a much lower price, so to be competitive it would be great with a similar plan and solution. Just a heads up, because Klaviyo has just begun with there's review solution which for a lot of Klaviyo users offers full compatible with there e-mail marketing, and would be a no-brainer when it's fully optimized. :)

Okendo as an app for processing our customer reviews is a great help to us. When we have questions, we feel very well taken care of by the Okendo customer team. When we had a very specific request, they made a lot of effort to help us. In the area of evaluation and processing of shop data, we would like to see more options for editing and selection. I've tried several review apps but this is the best one and has incredible support. We needed code to have our reviews embedded on our zipify landing pages and Angel from support got it over to us within 24 hours.

WOW! LOVE THIS! The fact that we can get very specific feedback from customers on our products... and give them light profiles is MASSIVE for our conversion and product credibilty. But, one thing you wouldn't think of is how great their customer service is. After trying out a lot of apps... these guys are par-none! Notably, for the last few weeks, we've been chatting with Josh... and every question we have, he has a solution! And, he, along with others, are crazy fast at responding. It's insane!

Great review plugin. Very flexible and customizable. Plug and play. Works out the box. I actually forgot I installed it and I had reviews flowing in. We are all busy, so tech that just works without human assistance is just lovely. What makes this plugin even better, is the superior support. 7pm after hours I got an instant chat back. Okendo gets my stamp of approval.

best customer service i've experienced on an app ( Apart from wholesale gorilla!). Very quick to fix and always readily available to help. Lost a star just because some features I would love have to be paid for (eg paid integration to make product specific reviews requests).

Okendo works really well in our website. We use a headless Shopify setup and everything is smooth. The display is fully customizable, the dev team that is here to help us out are extremely efficient and the support has proved a really enjoyable reactivity. We used to use stamped.io, there is absolutely no comparison.

Okendo is by far the best ratings/review app available for Shopify. The system seamlessly syncs with all necessary integrations, we haven't had a single issue with Okendo. The support staff is AMAZING, we specifically worked with Laura. Within 2 emails they she and her team set up multiple theme changes to implement some of their on-site displays. They matched our art-style perfectly and we didn't need a single revision. Also, the Refer a friend system they recently announced is looking great. Keeping reviews and referrals together on one platform is a huge plus.

Okendo has been exactly what we were looking for. The onboarding process was very easy and the onboarding team was very helpful along the way, answering any questions that came up throughout the integration. We're happy with our choice to move to Okendo!

Do not buy!!! The worst plugin I've come across and one of the worst customer loyalty I've received!!!!! I worked so hard to get my reviews with authentic photos and everything, and just one day everything was deleted but still on the site it says that I actually have reviews, you can access one of the products to see its rating and the number of reviews, but it was possible to see the reviews themselves so you'll understand what a funny situation it says that the product is rated With 5 reviews with an average of 4.8 but when I come to see the reviews it says they don't exist This is also what I tried to explain to customer service but they just don't understand and they gave me some kind of solution that the reviews came back without pictures of the products that the customers took and all the customers are called Anonymous, shocking customer service at least they answer but without a real solution and who like you know how long it takes to get reviews Do not install it!

Support team is amazing. They helped me getting all the features I want dialed in perfectly. So glad I went with Okendo!

Beautiful, aesthetic looking app with fast, helpful and kind customer support and tons of innovative features built-in that definitely help customers get all the info they need before purchasing. We've used a few different review platforms and at a base level they are pretty comparable. However, what stands out for us about Okendo is the high level of customer support and service that has helped us to optimise and make the most out of our customer reviews. Recommended.

So far it's great! Just completed the onboarding recently, and i'm happy. Love that it's integrated to Gorgias and Klaviyo - this is a huge advantage. Also, having full access to CSS is great and not something I had with other review apps. Special thanks to Alannah Donald who was absolutely helpful in the process. Also, the dev team quickly helped me out and fixed a few glitches I had integrating the app.
