A very complete system for review capture and placement on our site. Beautiful and well-designed widgets allow the reviews to populate wherever you would like them- and in so many different configurations. Super helpful in creating UGC and brand appeal on our site. The onboarding team is top-notch! They were just great. Thank you.

I tried the app, signed up for 20$/month but couldn't use custom HTML templates so I uninstalled it. Then the customer service reached out to me and explained that there is a solution by integrating with Omnisend send. That app is another 16$/month, but fine, let's try it. I installed Omnisend, then cannot find how to integrate it with Okendo, I reach out to the customer agent, who then tells me that this feature costs 300$. I replied that I won't spend that much just to be able to send emails, which should be a basic feature. The agent comes back to me questioning my reasons and wondering if I could just style my emails instead of using HTML template. Please dont' waste your customers time, if you don't have a solution it's fine, but don't lure me into testing something to later find out it costs 15x more. Also don't question your customers need, it's better to miss a sale than to ridicule yourself like that.

An excellent app, easy and straightforward to set up and configure with a great selection of display options. Highly recommended.

Excellent onboarding service. Have answered multiple questions for me promptly. Very smoothly integrates with store. I imported Amazon reviews to get started and that was relatively straight forward. Thank you.

UPDATE 3/24/2023- I have been using this app a couple years now and it has definitely contributed to an increase in sales to my store. Customer support has been super quick to help me with any questions that arise. Definitely recommend! I have used many different review apps in the past. They all would miss some of the key features I desired for my online store. Okendo has EVERYTHING you would like from a review app. It's professionally designed, automatically sends review request emails to your customer by your desired time frames, plus customer service is amazing! I have seen a big increase in sales as well since starting last month. 100% Recommend!

Okendo is everything I wanted in a reviews app and the staff were so kind as to help me customize its appearance it to my store!

We looked at a lot of options when deciding on a Product Reviews, UGC (and Customer Survey) app. We tried a well-known competitor's app and quickly realized we had made a mistake. It was buggy and the customer support was dismal. What a relief it was to work with Okendo. The process - from sales to implementation and setup - was among the best we've seen. Okendo even supported us with integration with other apps - going as far as helping to setup a flow sequence in the other app. We love working with this innovative company and would highly recommend them.
