We switched from Yotpo and so far the experience has been great. The reviews just look so much better on our Shop store, and the support has been terrific. Highly recommend. In particular, I want to thank Laura Gomez for the tremendous amount of help she gave to get our survey started. Great service deserves to be recognized, and so do the people that deliver it.

Followed the prompts to use the app and it didn;t work. Requested support via the in app chat, no response. Requested support via email twice, no response. Very disappointed that this happened with a customer review app

Simply the best app for reviews. The support team, especially Nands responds quick even during the weekend which is rare. We recommend this app to everyone who has an e-commerce store.

Okendo is amazing so far! Has all the features we needed and then some. Every team member we've worked with is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and our Onboarding Manager Adrian V. has gone above and beyond helping us get the set-up just right. Thank you!

We've been using Okendo for my new brand's reviews for about 8 months and we love it. Customer service is always super fast and helpful, I especially love using their live chat feature when I need a quick answer. I've been working in ecomm for a while now and Okendo is the best review app by far. Easy to use, clean and customizable look, great service, and tons of add-on features available. 10/10 would recommend.

So far so good with Okendo! I've only installed it today but have been able to upload all my previous reviews from my other platform pretty easily! Everything is relatively intuitive which is great. I got tripped up on a little issue and customer support helped me out really easy :)

Have had an incredible onboarding experience from start to finish, and received assistance in ways I did not anticipate.
