LOVE the Okendo app and before coming to Okendo, I had another very popular review app. Okendo has a great interface and unbelievable customer support. It's a whole new world for me now that I have a great review provider! Margaux is FANTASTIC. So is Mor - both great people and very very helpful. Just do the trial and you'll be convinced it is the Reviews app for you! Update - September 2024 - We are ~4 years in with Okendo and could not be happier. Laura is our account rep and she is totally on it and recommends things we are missing, which is really important as we manage all of this ourselves. We don't have a big expert team or anything, so we would miss all the extra features. Thank you Okendo!!!

Great app awesome customer support always available and pretty quick

I am really grateful for the Okendo customer service team. I caused them a lot of trouble since English is not my native language, but they were extremely patient in helping and assisting me, waiting for me to resolve my issues. Additionally, their plugin is really user-friendly and flexible. Compared to several other popular review plugins sold on Shopify, which I have all used, I can confidently say that Okendo's plugin is completely different. First, Okendo's customization options are stronger than those of other plugins. Second, the review page designed by Okendo makes users feel that the website is more professional (because their templates are incredibly powerful). Third, their customer service team's response efficiency is outstanding! Therefore, I sincerely recommend Okendo!

Love the app, it has been a wonderful experience for us with support and getting our widget fully customized. Easily one of the best reviews apps out there!

Okendo allows our brand to bring everything together into 1 app. Their team is easy to work with and are always there to answer questions and help! Josh is great from Okendo, He helped us setup some advanced Klaviyo flows with custom triggers and helped us troubleshoot them when going live. Hes also helped with other settings across the products and is very responsive.

We were originally really excited to work with Okendo but so far our onboarding process has been disjointed, unorganized, and their team has been extremely unhelpful in helping resolve issues when we are 3 days away from launching. I've spent countless hours on their support chat with no one able to help and support and as a result we are extremely worried and wish we chose another platform.

Wow, Okendo has probably the best support and free plan on shopify. An outstanding platform! Their customer service is exceptional—quick, super helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions or issues. Update: 4 years in and we are still very happy with the app and the support that Okendo provides us. I've been using Okendo for several weeks now and I'm very pleased with all the new reviews coming in. They basically did the install for me after getting some details about my business. So far I would highly recommend it.

Okendo is solid, has all the features you need, inexpensive and amazing / fast support and will do things for you like set up or any small tasks. they're great

It's a great app with great customer support. Ask for Amanda as your success manager and you will not regret it. app is really flexible and you can do a lot of things, and integration/syndication with other platforms is a must.

October 2022 - highly recommend this app for any business serious about collecting reviews. the platform allows for a consistent look and feel and has superior functionality to some of the other review apps we have used in the past. August 2024 Update - we are still with Okendo and love their products! We are using almost every product they have to keep growing our business and staying connected to our customers. 10/10 great platform and their success team always makes sure we have what we need.
