My experience with Moose is great. I was having trouble with the chat widget showing and contacted customer support. The Team Member who helped me resolve this problem was Anne. I loved this app: LiveChat, WhatsApp, Ticket Raising, and Order Tracking. And the best part: It's FREE. Yes, you heard it right. It's the best one, which we are exploring now. Their support is also very quick and get things done very fast. We had a customized live chat option for particular hours and they did it overnight. Highly Recommended. This app is really easy to use. There’s also a good selection of tutorials to help you get started on your own. We needed some adjustments due to the language selection, and we were helped very quickly and very kindly. This is how customer service should be! Absolutely deserves 5 stars! Otherwise, it would be great if the app could automatically pull the available fonts from the Shopify themes (typography) and make them available. In our case, we had to find an alternative to our theme ZEST that was at least somewhat similar.
