Amazing customer support! Fast responses and very helpful! I had quite a few changes I wanted to make to a FAQ template and the team was very accommodating and made all the changes happen for me! So happy I found this app, I'm excited to try out the chat widget as well.

We have been using the Live Chat and Whatsapp redirection facilities for a while and are very happy for having chosen this app for our new store. At the beggining we have faced some minor issues and bugs (as in all new apps and installations) but their support team is so great that they quickly answered and solved them even during bank holidays. We also asked for some custimization and they have also answered our requests quickly. We strongly recommend this app. Cenk Thank you Cenk for those awesome compliments! I'm mainly using MooseDesk to manage my FAQ section. The app is generally easy to use and convenient. I’m currently on a free beta version, so I understand that not everything is fully polished yet. I did run into a bug when adding a new question — it broke the formatting (fonts, bold text, etc.). Support eventually fixed it, but the time zone delay made the whole process a bit frustrating. Since then, I've been hesitant to make further edits. That said, the tool shows promise, and I’ll likely use it for more features in the future. I’d recommend it to store owners looking for a simple FAQ solution, keeping in mind that a few improvements are still needed.
