So many online chat options to consider. We've used zendesk for years and cost just continued to rise. We are a small business <5 staff, zendesk too expensive. Switch to Moosedesk about 8 weeks ago. Everything to date has been great. Excellent service from Mia and now we're not paying for online chat. Win-win. Hi there, Thank you so much for your kind words! Best chat service app ever.. tons of customization and super cool staff to work with. If they cannot get back to you due to time difference leave a detailed message and they will respond back to you the following day with the fix or resolve advice.
