The app is great and cost-effective, with excellent customer service that is kind, patient, and truly listens to users—I really appreciate that! I received immediate support, which was fantastic. After installing the app a few days ago, I'm still learning, but I love the clean, simple, and intuitive dashboard that makes navigation easy and straightforward.

Compared to only two other helpdesk options in the app store, this one has the most responsive support team. The features are key and the team is welcoming and open to new ideas if you need a lil tweek or mod. The price of FREE is Ultra-awesome but Its a matter of time before they start charging for this. Yet with the support you get and how close they make it match to your requirements, it will be worth it.

The support and development teams from Moosedesk has been great. Few issues that we have had, but the team have been helpful with every step.

Excellent customer service, very responsive. We love the FAQ section of the chat. Looking forward to when messages from instagram and facebook can also be forwarded to the Moose Help desk :)

The functionality is very rich and powerful! The technical support is also very quick, almost meeting all my needs. It would be perfect if the templates could be more diverse and allow uploading of custom fonts.
